    Song Jian watched as groups of ck ants fearlessly jumped into the burningke, but only a handful could crawl back out and transform into golden ants;


    Earlier, the golden Ant King ancestor had several light gold ant eggs around him. After the newly hatched Ant Kings were dragged into theke, they sank and became Demonic Ant Queens. Only one or two of them out of more than ten could crawl back ontond.

    Among hundreds of Demonic Soldier Ants and Demonic Worker Ants, only one or two could transform back into Golden Soldier Ants and Golden Worker Ants. After watching for a while, the Golden Ant King ancestor trembled and slowly closed its eyes, tworge tears running down its hard cheeks.

    All the ants that had transformed back into members of the Golden Ant n climbed onto the rocky ind together, surrounding the Golden Ant King ancestor and cheering excitedly.


    “My children…” The Golden Ant King ancestor looked at the increasing number of Golden Ants on the ind with aplex expression.


    As Song Jian saw fewer and fewer Demonic Ant Queensing out of the passage, he felt a strange sense of forgetting something.


    After a long while, Song Jian finally realized: “Mistgrass, if they all turn back into the Golden Ant n, what will happen to my epic task?”

    Keep in mind, the Demonic Ant Queens were merely Ant Kings that had been corrupted by Abyssal Power. The Abyssal Ant King skeleton, on the other hand, was a dead Ant King that had beenpletely corroded by Abyssal Power, turning it into a true Abyssal creature.


    Compared to the Demonic Ant Queens, the Abyssal Power in the Abyssal Ant King skeleton was ten or even a hundred times stronger. It wasn’t impossible for the system to consider it as a Demonic Ant Queen as well.


    “Looks like I got lucky!” Song Jian’s mouth curled slightly into a joyful expression.

    Both of them had chosen the same passage, but the swarming Demonic Ants were like a tidal wave. The two were forced to coborate, fighting and retreating. If the passage hadn’t been so narrow, they would’ve been swallowed by the Demonic Soldier Ant army long ago/>


    Just when they were about to give up, the Demonic Soldier Ants attacking them suddenly retreated and quickly climbed along the passage, their actions full of urgency.


    Out of curiosity, the two followed the Demonic Soldier Ants all the way to the cavern.


    “How… how is this possible…?” The two looked at each other in astonishment. Countless Demonic Ants rushed into theke that was burning with golden mes. A giant golden ant stood like a ruler on a huge rocky ind. Immovable, body-surface shimmering with golden light, the ants followed it without a sound.


    “How… there are so many Demonic Ants…” Lv Pei hadn’t even fulfilled the required number of Demonic Worker Ants in his epic task, let alone Demonic Soldier Ants and Demonic Ant Queens.


    If it came to a one-on-one fight with a Demonic Worker Ant or even a Demonic Soldier Ant, Lv Pei had confidence in defeating or even killing his opponent. However, with his current strength, it would be very difficult for Lv Pei to kill a Demonic Ant Queen by himself.


    This was the reason why he wanted to team up with Song Jian and Lu Mingyuan.<div>
