personal reasons. It has nothing to do with your offer.”

was personal. “Well, I can only hope that your private matters can be resolved soon
so that I can invite you to join Floyd Corporation.”
She was taken aback by that, and she was just about to speak up when Jordan
removed his suit jacket and draped it around her. “I suggest that you dress warmer

While the young woman was still processing the situation, Jordan bid her adieu,
walking away with his assistant. “I have something else to attend to. See you.”
