Chapter 1738
At the airport.
Christmas eve.
Ernest frowned as he looked at his watch. An imperceptible hint of impatience could be seen in his
eyes.
Maria had suddenly asked him to pick up one of her friends who had travelled to London for a trip.
Ernest was working on his thesis when Maria forced him toe out.
Recently, Maria had been hanging out with Liam every day, and she''d been cking off.
Furthermore, Liam was about to leave.
Hence, Maria wanted to spend every moment with him.
Hence, she kept begging Ernest to pick her friend up. She gave him the flight number, and she told
him that she''d sent his photo to her friend. Maria''s friend would look for him after she arrived.
Since it was Christmas, Ernest decided to just do as she said.
Now, Ernest was waiting at the airport''s entrance. He looked at his watch several times, and he
seemed impatient.
However, Ernest was usually good-tempered, and he rarely showed it even if he was irritated.
Leah got off the ne and felt extraordinarily excited.
She found her luggage, carried her backpack, and walked out.
From a distance, she could see the man she had been thinking about day and night.
He seemed to be a little absent- minded and looked at his watch several times. It appeared that he
was very impatient.
Leah felt very amused.
When they calledst night, Leah and Maria had already made a decision for Leah to intentionally
bete.
It was a special surprise for Ernest, as well as a Christmas gift. She nned on giving herself to
Ernest as his gift.
Night had already fallen, but the lights were still bright. The gentle glow illuminated Ernest''s
handsome face.
She couldn''t see very clearly because of the distance, but she could tell at a nce that the person
was Ernest.
The man she loved.
He stood there, with his head lowered. He was wearing a id sweater and ck trousers, which
further entuated his tall and thin figure.
The corners of Leah''s lips curled up as she walked towards him.
Ernest had been waiting. He raised his eyes and looked inside several times absent- mindedly.
However, he looked up again only to be shocked by the womaning towards him.
Why did she look so familiar?
Ernest was astonished and he narrowed his eyes.
Why was the woman in a down jacket and her hair up in a bun so familiar?
Furthermore, she kept staring at him with a smile on her face.
To his surprise, Leah had made her way over to him with a bright smile on her face.
Ernest''s heart beat wildly. "Leah?"
Leah ced her arm on Ernest''s hand and looked at his surprised face. "What? You don''t recognize
me? Are you surprised, Mr. Jones? Your Christmas gift is here."
"Of course I''m surprised." Ernest lifted her chin with his slender fingers and kissed her directly.
Perhaps it was his surprise that made him impulsive enough to do that.
He kissed Leah in front of a lot of strangers at the airport.
Leah was rather shocked, and she carelessly flung her coat on her suitcase. Then, she looped her
arms around Ernest''s neck and reciprocated his kiss eagerly.
The two of them kissed until they needed to part for air.
Ernest held Leah''s waist and looked at her. The earlier impatience had disappeared, reced with a
very warm smile.
"Are you tired? Did you sleep on the ne? Did you eat?" He assaulted Leah with a barrage of
questions.
Leah smiled and stared at Ernest''s handsome face. He was really much too handsome, and he
looked like he''d jumped straight out of a movie.
Of course, Leah was infatuated with him.
She looked at him and wanted to drool.
Honestly, she had to admit that she did ce significant importance on looks.
"I''m not tired. I slept for most of the flight, and I had a meal on board." Leah answered all of Ernest''s
questions
In fact, she was prepared toe and celebrate Christmas with him.
Ernest looked at Leah and said, "I''ll take you home first, let''s go out tomorrow, okay?"
Leah deliberately acted surprised. "Home? What for?"
Ernest nced at her, and his eyes shone with a beastly lust. He was like a hungry animal, raring to
eat his meal.

Now, every fiber of his being was calling out for Leah.
She was extremely inviting indeed.
She hade all the way here to give him a surprise, so how could he ignore this pleasant gift?
His smile widened as he looked at Leah silently. He reached out for her coat and her luggage before
they walked out of the airport holding hands.
They left the airport and went to the car.
Ernest put her suitcase in the trunk, opened the car door for Leah and let her sit in the passenger
seat.
However, Ernest did not go directly home and instead drove to the supermarket.
"Do you want to buy something?" Leah asked.
"I want to buy you something, really." Ernest looked at her with gentle eyes. "Let''s go."
"Actually, it''s not necessary. I don''t need too many things. I brought most of my necessities with me.
I can only stay about five days tops, so there''s no need to buy anything," Leah replied.
Ernest pursed his lips and said, "You have to buy something else, not only clothes and supplies, but
also some special essential items."
He gave Leah a mysterious look as he spoke.
Leah paused and she became embarrassed. "You mean condoms?"
Ernest took a deep breath instantly. Leah was always so straightforward.
He smiled and nodded.
"I brought some with me," Leah said.
Ernest sucked in a breath and looked at Leah in astonishment.
Leah blushed a little, but she still mustered up her courage and said, "I was afraid that I wouldn''t
have the time to buy it, so I had all prepared and brought it along."
"You know, they can see it when they scan your luggage at the airport." Ernest smiled teasingly.
"It doesn''t matter. So what if they see it?" Leah muttered.
Ernest smiled again. "How many did you bring?"
"A box," Leah thought for a moment and said, "There may be twelve inside? I don''t remember if it''s
ten or twelve."
"It''s not enough," said Ernest. "Let''s go buy some more."
Leah was shocked. Did she make a mistakeing here?
She honestly thought that she''d basically served herself up to Ernest on a silver tter.
She could sense the hormones raging inside of Ernest.
Still, she got out of the car obediently. They held hands as they entered the supermarket together.
He was very considerate and bought her slippers and sanitary needs.
He also bought some casual clothes, pajamas, socks and shoes.
When he came out of the store, his hands were full, while her hands were empty.
After that, they put all the bags in the car.
Ernest took Leah to the supermarket because it sold condoms.
Leah went inside, and she watched Ernest buy several boxes.
Leah''s heart pounded as she looked on.
After they returned to the car, she asked, "Do you want to use all of them?"
"Well, we can try our best."
Leah''s legs went soft in an instant.
Ernest nced at Leah with a teasing smile.
When they drove back to the vi, Liam and Maria were both at home. When they saw Leah, they
immediately ran out to wee him.
Maria gave Leah a big hug.
"Wee to London, Leah!"
Leah also hugged Maria enthusiastically, and the two of them were very d to see one another.
Then, Maria asked Ernest, "You went out with such a sour expression on your face, but you came
back with a smile. Do you like this surprise?"
Ernest nced at Maria with a smile and nodded. "I am very surprised. I didn''t expect Leah to
come." "You must be very happy now, yeah?" Maria asked. "Of course. I''ll take Leah upstairs to put
away her luggage. We''lle down for dinnerter," Ernest replied.
Maria checked her watch and said to Ernest and Leah, "I''ve asked the butler to prepare food for us
at 9. Liam and I will be going out for a stroll, and we''ll be back in two hours. We''ll eat then, how
about that?"
Maria and Liam were giving Ernest and Leah an opportunity to be alone.
The butler was also sent away.
Ernest looked at them and said, "Thank you, see you in two hours."
