Chapter 1690
Hearing that, Heinz frowned and his lips twitched coldly, showing a disdainful, strange expression.
Gary didn''t even hesitate to filter his words in front of the other youngsters. Heinz immediately
nced at Grace.
To him, taking care of Grace''s feelings was the most important thing. He could be not bothered by
anyone else''s opinions. He was just concerned about Grace''s opinion.

After receiving Heinz''s concerned gaze, Grace was startled too. She asked Gary in shock, "Gary,
where did you hear that from? Did you hear it yourself?"
"Of course." Gary nodded. "She has always been vocal about her desire for you. After all, you''re the
only man who she couldn''t get. Of course, she would not forget about you."
Heinz couldn''t help but to let out a cough. He cleared his throat and said, "That''s none of my
business. What she wants has nothing to do with me."
"Uncle Jones, what Gary meant is that you should be careful of her. Cindy really has no bottom line.
He doesn''t want you to be schemed against," Celeste immediately exined on Gary''s behalf as
she looked at Heinz.
With Celeste voicing out her concerns too, it seemed evident enough that Cindy was indeed lusting
after Heinz. Judging from the others'' expressions, they did seem aware of it too.
"Just be careful," Grace told Heinz, "The kids are just worried about you. They just don''t want you to
be schemed against, and they don''t mean anything else."
"I know." Heinz nodded. "If Celeste also reminds me of this, it must mean that things are more
serious than I thought. I''ll be careful and not give that woman any chance to scheme against me.
Don''t you all worry."
They finally breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing that. All they needed to hear was Heinz taking the
matter seriously. As long as he wasn''t going to neglect the importance of the matter, they would be
fine about it.
Noticing their solemn expressions, Heinz nced at Grace again.
Grace was somehow not worried at all. If Cindy didn''t manage to get Heinz back when they were
much younger, then it would be even more unlikely that she would get her chance then, when she
was already old and saggy.
Of course, it was still possible if Cindy was to plot for it. However, Grace and Heinz were much
more established than before when they were young.
They''ve be more mature after going through so many things together. Naturally, it wouldn''t be
easy for Cindy to get in between them.
"Why don''t you guys tell us more about Cindy''s n? Since you all seem to know that she is still not
over Heinz, I''m sure you know a lot more about her other things too," Grace said with a smile.
The youngsters exchanged a hesitant look after they looked at Grace.
"What''s wrong? Why are you all being so hesitant?" Grace asked, "Is it so difficult for you guys to
talk about it?"
Gary had a vicious tongue to begin with. He could havee up with snarky remarks even under
normal circumstances. Yet, he was hesitant too that time.
Celeste''s face turned red. Of course, it wasn''t out of shyness, but frustration. She got reminded of
the dirty scenes of Cindy''s acts, and she couldn''t bring it up at all.
Maria didn''t get to see much of the scenes as Liam protected her from it.
Maria noticed that none of them were willing to say anything.
Meanwhile, Grace and Heinz were looking at them with curiosity. Maria then said, "We really can''t
say much. I didn''t get to see much from the surveince videos, yet I can say that Cindy, Sinir,
Monica and Michael were engaged in some... disturbing and disgusting activities."
Noticing how righteous Maria looked, Liam then joined to say, "That''s right, their private lives are
just too disturbing for us. We really can''t bring ourselves to talk about it."
Heinz raised his eyebrows as he nced back at Gary. "Why are you so quiet?"
"I don''t have anything to say. I''ll send you the evidence instead, and you can have a look at it
yourself. With Celeste and Maria over here, let me just conclude it with one word. Disgusting," Gary
said. He had to take care of Celeste''s feelings.
Heinz was startled, beforeing back to his senses the next second. He nodded and said, "You''re
right. I can roughly figure out what this is about."
Grace frowned slightly and exchanged a look with Heinz.
Grace then said, "How about this, since all of us just got back, why don''t we go take a shower and
freshen up before dinner?"
There were no objections.
Heinz and Grace then headed upstairs.
At the stairs, he said to Gary, "Don''t forget to send me the evidence."
Gary nodded. "I''ll send it right away."
The first thing Gary did after returning to his room was to send Heinz all the videos and images.
After sending everything over, he called Heinz.
"I''ve sent you the evidence. Take your time. They''ve already discovered that we were monitoring
them, and had the cameras removed. We can no longer keep them fully under our control," Gary
said.
"Did they actually find out about it?" Heinz frowned. "Why were you so careless?"
"Well, we already gathered enough evidence after all, and don''t need to further keep them under
surveince," Gary said.
"Okay, let me take a look." Heinz hung up the phone.
Meanwhile, Celeste heard what Gary said on the phone. She realized something and cast a
worrying nce at Gary.
"Gary, did they start suspecting us because of what I told them this morning? Is that why they got rid
of our surveince devices? Now that we can''t keep them fully under our control, does that mean
we can no longer know about their ns?" She asked.
Gary nodded. "It''s true that the words that you said today have aroused their suspicions. They went
back, searched thoroughly and removed our equipments. However, we don''t need to know their
next moves anymore. I have already arranged someone to keep an eye on them. You don''t have to
worry. They can''t really hurt us. Also, Cindy will be extradited soon."
Celeste still worriedly looked at Gary, and she was concerned that Gary was just trying tofort
her.
Celeste felt that she was indeed too impulsive at that moment. She said all those things because
she wanted to embarrass Cindy and Sinir, yet she also indirectly revealed everything.
She was very upset about herself.
Gary noticed her troubled expression and immediatelyforted her. "All right, all right. Why are
you still thinking about this? Do you not trust what I said?"
"I''m worried that you''re just trying tofort me. I feel like I really made a huge mistake." Celeste
lowered her head. "Now that I think about it, it did feel amazing to say those words to them, but
soon, I realized I''ve done something wrong."
"Why are you so hung up on this, silly?" Gary wrapped his arms around her. "Do you not trust me at
all? Am I not making you feel safe enough?"
Celeste shook her head and lowered her head in a pitiful manner. She didn''t dare to look at Gary.
She was acting like a child who did something wrong.
She said softly, "It''s not like that. You make me feel secure. However, also just because of how
amazing you are, I feel like I''mcking behind."
She was deeply reflecting on herself.
Gary smiled at her and said as he looked at how self conscious she was, "You''re amazing too. In
fact, I''d have said those words if you didn''t this morning. I will never hold back against them. Who
knows, I might even be harsher than you."
Celeste''s looked up and eyes widened as she stared at Gary.
He lowered his head too and nted a kiss on her forehead. With a smile, he said, "All right, now
let''s freshen up and get dressed. We still have dinnerter."
Celeste nodded and asked again with concern, "Will everything really be okay?" "You have to trust
me," Gary said seriously.
"Of course I trust you." Celeste smiled embarrassingly. "I''ll go take a shower then."
"Go." Gary rubbed her hair. "I''ll head out for a while and returnter. I''ll shower after you."
Celeste nodded. However, in fact she was still worried. After all, Heinz and Grace had made their
way back to Ennd too. That showed how concerned they were about Cindy and Sinir.
Cindy and Sinir lost everything in their home country due to their scandal.
Celeste was worried that they would try to get even with Gary for the scandal.
