Chapter 1237
In The Jones family home.
Heinz and Grace found out that Gary did not attend school that morning, and he was determined to
study abroad.
Heinz couldn''t convince his son either. More importantly, his wife had pleased him the previous
night, which could be regarded as bribing him.
Since she threw herself at him willingly, he naturally would not refuse.
So when he woke up in the morning, he read a book on the sofa, feeling refreshed.
Grace was beside him, and the two of them just finished their breakfast. However, Heinz was not in
a hurry to leave for work as everything was running smoothlytely. Moreover, he liked to make use
of his free time to apany his wife.
"Shouldn''t you be heading to work?" Grace was surprised that he had no intention of leaving. "You
are going to bete. Are you not working?"
"I''ll keep youpany." Heinz looked up and saw that his wife was about to go out. "You''re
leaving?"
"I''m going to the office for a while." Grace said, "Gary has gone out. I don''t know why he headed
out; he didn''t tell me. Do you know anything about it?"
"Do you think I would know even when you don''t?" Heinz raised his eyebrows and asked, "He sure
has grown independent."

Grace saw that Heinz was whining again. She had sessfully coaxed him previously. At least, he
had agreed to let them go abroadst night, but he wasining again.
She frowned and said, "He has grown up, so at least we don''t have to worry too much. This is a
good thing. You have to see both sides and not keepining that he is growing up."
"You started it." Heinz shrugged, acting innocent. "Even you also have no idea where he went. This
kid also doesn''t care about his mother anymore."
"Heinz, judging from your temper, you must be reaching menopause. Aren''t you tired from nagging
so much?" Grace stared at him and said, "I didn''t see him. The butler said he went out early in the
morning, and he said that he wouldn''t be going to school, so the driver didn''t need to wait for him."
"You see, he does as he wishes," Heinzined again. "He''s going through puberty now, isn''t
he?" "Puberty and menopause. You two are a perfect match." Grace said as she shook her head,
ready to leave.
The phone rang.
The butler ran over to pick up the call. "Hello, this is the Jones Mansion."
"Hello, I''m Gary Smith''s ssmate. I have something urgent here, and I want toe over and talk
to him."
"Sure, what''s your name?" The butler asked routinely. He would always ask for their name first, so it
would be convenient for him to convey the message to the head of the house.
"I''m Celeste White," Celeste spoke truthfully.
"But, Master Gary is not home at the moment."
"Then, did he say when he will return?" Celeste plucked up her courage. "Can I go in and wait for
him?"
"Um." The butler didn''t dare to make such a decision on his own, so he said: "Let me get permission
from Mr. and Mrs. Jones first. Please wait a moment."
Covering the microphone, the butler said to Heinz and Grace, "Mr. Heinz, Mrs. Jones, a female
friend of Master Gary, named Celeste White, says that she has something urgent and she wishes to
meet him."
"Have here in." Grace immediately smiled. "Gary''s female ssmate?"
Her son was not easy to get along with, and it could be said that he had a strange temper.
There hadn''t been any girl who came to look for Gary before. Even their only daughter, Sylvia,
contemned him. Not only that, Maria and Heinz also had some opinions about him.
Grace was naturally delighted that a girl suddenly appeared at their doorstep.
"Quickly, tell her toe in and wait. Gary should be back soon."
"Okay." The butler quickly replied to the phone, "Hello, Miss White, Mrs. Jones asks you toe in
and wait for Master Gary."
"Alright."
After the phone was hung up, Grace said to Heinz, "You either go upstairs and note down or
go straight to work. Whatever you do, don''t stay in the living room."
"Why?" Heinz was stupefied and protested instantly, "I want to see what kind of girl wants to be
friends with that cold, emotionless kid." "Do you think you''re any better than Gary?" Grace said in
despise. Then, she walked up to him, pulled him up, and pushed him upstairs.
"I''m not going," Heinz protested again. "I want to have a look."
"It''s the first time a girl hase to our house, and if she sees you having the same cold
expression as Gary, she is definitely going to be scared out of her wits."
"Impossible." Heinz refuted, "A girl who can be friends with someone like Gary must have nerves of
steel."
"Although I have to admit you do have a point, I still think you shouldn''t stay in the living room. You
look too fierce."
"What nonsense." Heinz was still reluctant to leave.
However, she still pushed him up the stairs.
"Butler," Grace called out as she peered downstairs. "Attend to her first. Go and wee her when
shees in. No, go and wait for her at the gate. It''s her first time here, so we have to make her
feel wee."
"Yes." The butler was also a little excited. This was the first time a girl hade to see Master Gary,
how unimaginable.
There was also a point in time that he thought Gary would not be able to find a wife his entire life,
having such a sharp tongue.
He didn''t expect a girl toe knocking on their door.
This was inconceivable.
The butler immediately went out to wee her in person.
Grace pushed Heinz into the study upstairs; she didn''t stop until she pushed him behind the desk.
Heinz raised his eyebrows and looked at his wife. "There''s finally a girl at our doorstep. Let me have
a look. Maybe it''s the girl that Gary likes?"
"I''ll take a look for you." Grace said, "You stay here and read a book. Don''t go downstairs, okay?"
She left after giving her instructions. However, Heinz immediately grabbed her wrist.
With a tug, Grace fell directly into hisp.
"Honey, you''re so bossy," Heinz smirked as he pinched her chin.
"Don''t get all touchy-feely with me." Grace quickly reached out to p him and motioned for him to
let go.
However, Heinz didn''t budge. "It''s fine if you don''t want me to go downstairs, but what do I get in
return?"
"Here we go again." Grace said, "Tonight. I''ll let you have all of me tonight."
Upon hearing this, a hint of a smile flitted across Heinz''s eyes. "Alright, you may go."
He let go of Grace.
Grace was stupefied. She felt that things were a little different from usual. Under normal
circumstances, Heinz would continue to make a fuss a little while longer; he would get her to
guarantee a few more times before he finally let her go.
This time, he let go of her almost immediately.
Grace frowned slightly and asked with uncertainty, "You''re not lying to me, are you? Are you
nning to sneak downstairs after I leave?"
Heinz said with a faint smile, "Why are you so worried about me going downstairs?"
"Of course I''m worried," Grace said, "You don''t even know how difficult it is to get along with you.
Your face is a little emotionless sometimes, and it makes people feel nervous and uneasy."
"It can''t be that bad." Heinz protested.
"Yes, absolutely." Grace nodded seriously. "You are really frightening, Heinz. So don''t go downstairs
for the sake of your son. This is his only female friend apart from Maria."
