Chapter 1183
An hourter.
Zachary sent the client away and returned to his office. The air in his office was fresh as the window
was opened. Cool air blew in, and his office had been cleaned.
He didn''t expect Yvonne to clean up so fast.
However, she was not in his office.
Zachary was stunned for a moment. He went into the lounge but she was not there either. The
lounge was also cleaned up.
He immediately frowned. He was shrouded in coldness. He walked out of his office with a dark
expression and asked Aidan, "Where''s Yvonne?"
Aidan was stunned for a moment and immediately said to Zachary, "President, Miss Attwood went
out. She said that she woulde back in two hours."
"She said she woulde back?" Zachary''s brows remained furrowed, and his tone was low.
"She did. She wanted me to tell you that her friend is here. She took a few hours of leave to see her
and will be back soon," Aidan reported honestly.
Zachary frowned and turned back to his office.
Then, he took out his phone and gave Yvonne a call.

The call was quickly answered.
Yvonne answered the phone and said, "Zachary?"
"Where are you?" Zachary questioned in a deep voice.
Yvonne was stunned. When she heard the displeasure in his voice, she quickly told him, "I''m at the
airport. I just arrived."
"Why are you at the airport?" Zachary became even more displeased.
"Oh, one of my best friends came to visit," Yvonne quickly exined, "You know her, my best friend,
my roommate Renee from the piano club."
Zachary inexplicably heaved a sigh of relief.
His tone softened a little and said, "Where are you now? I''ll go find you."
Yvonne was taken aback, "No need, I''ll be back soon. Renee is leaving in a while. She said she''ll
only be in Northern City for two hours, and I''ve already been on the road for more than half an hour.
Even if youe, you won''t be staying for long."
"You don''t want me to go?" Zachary said rather coldly, and his tone was overbearing and stubborn,
"Or do you think I''ll embarrass you?"
Yvonne was dumbfounded in an instant. She thought the matter escted unnecessarily.
"No, Zachary, I didn''t mean that. I was just afraid that you would have to rush back and forth," she
exined softly, "I will never think that you''ll embarrass me. What kind of pride do I have? I''m
merely worried that I''ll trouble you."
"In that case, I''ll go," Zachary said in a deep voice, "Send me your location."
Yvonne was startled for a moment. Her heart was fluttering and pounding. She really wasn''t used to
him being like this.
Zachary was truly a domineering person.
He was getting more and more domineering.
After hanging up the phone, she found the location and sent it to Zachary.
He sent an emoji with the "OK" gesture.
Yvonne looked at it and smiled, her face unconsciously filled with tenderness and sweetness.
"Wow. Tsk, tsk, tsk."
Following this, a girl said teasingly, "Is this really the Miss Yvonne Attwood I haven''t seen for a long
time? Should I be calling you Miss Attwood or Mrs. Lowe?"
"Oh my gosh, Renee!" Yvonne turned around and saw a dressed-up Renee.
Her hair was inrge wavy curls; she had obviously styled it. The way she let them hung around her
shoulders looked alluring; she was like a celebrity.
She was wearing a fashionable brick-red casual zer which was in season. Her short skirt
entuated her long slender legs; she looked like a pin- up model walking in an airport fashion
show.
"Wow. Renee, you look so beautiful. Your legs are so long and slender!" Yvonne said as they
pounced and hugged each other.
The perfume on Renee smelled good. Yvonne took a deep breath and asked, "This is Dior, isn''t it?"
"I think I should just call you Mrs. Lowe," Renee lowered her head and saw a clear mark on
Yvonne''s neck. This was definitely left behind by a man, "It''s very fitting."
"You''re making fun of me again," Yvonne let go of her. As soon as she diverted their conversation,
Renee brought it back. She felt helpless, "If you continue to joke around, then I really don''t know
how to face you."
"You don''t need that in front of me." Renee waved her hand, held Yvonne''s shoulder, and said,
"Come, let''s find a ce to sit down and have a drink."
"What''s going on? Why are you leaving as soon as yound?" Yvonne asked while walking.
"Yeah, I have to leave soon," Renee nodded, "I''m really busy."
"What for?"
"Work stuff," Renee said, "It''splicated. I''m here to send a file. I''ve done that, but the ne will
take off in two hours, oh no, in close to an hour more."
She looked at her watch; forty minutes had passed, "Time passes too quickly. Yvonne, how are
things with you and Zachary?"
"We''ve made up," when Yvonne said this, she was a little embarrassed, and her face was red.
"So you told him everything?" Renee asked, "You werepletely honest with him. You told him
that you were forced to break up with him because of his father?"
"No," Yvonne shook her head, "I didn''t tell him anything."
"Then how did you two suddenly make up?" Renee blinked her eyes and said, "Oh, I know. It''s likely
that he never gave up on you. He never forgot the love between the two of you. God has really
nned for both of you to be together."
"That''s an exaggeration," Yvonne shook her head andughed, "I still haven''t figured out why he
suddenly treated me well. I was up in the heavens for a moment but in the abyss the next. I''m really
afraid that I''ll identally fall into hell and never be able to return."
"You''re too pessimistic," Renee said, "Yvonne, it''s really not a good idea to hide this from him. Tell
me, if I hadn''t met you in Soutndst year, would you have told me the truth?"
Yvonne hurriedly shook her head and said with a smile, "Didn''t I regret it very muchst year?
Renee, I can''t tell him it was his father who separated us. I''m afraid he''ll hate his father."
"His father''s gone," Renee sighed, "He''s a person who has already gone to the heavens. Would he
care if his son hates him or not? What''s most important for you right now is to confess everything to
him. Since you two have made up, then tell him everything. Don''t wait for him to find out one day
and make a scene."
A look of helplessness and worry appeared on Yvonne''s face.
She was worried it would happen as well.
"Let me think about it for now," she said.
"What about your daughter?" Renee asked, "Have you met her?" "I have," Yvonne said, "But we''ve
been apart for so long; she hates me and mes me. She doesn''t even want to talk to me now."
Renee rolled her eyes, "See, I knew it. Hey, by the way, you left because you needed to get your
illness treated. Have you recovered?"
"Yes."
"That''s good."
The two of them sat down at the airport coffee table and ordered a cup of coffee.
They sat opposite each other and chatted while drinking their coffee.
"I''m going to be honest with you, Yvonne," Renee said, "The most important thing between two
people is trust. It''s best if you don''t hide anything. Otherwise, Zachary will mind it very much."
