Chapter 401

    Chapter 401

In the end, Grace did not manage to persuade her son. She knew that Little Gary was mature enough

    to have his own thoughts.

Since he seemed to be not ready to address Heinz as his dad yet, Grace wouldn''t force him to do so.

"What do you think, Mommy?" The little fellow was still trying to encourage Grace. "Do you want to

    marry him?"

Grace nodded and said, "I think if I have ns to get married, that person would be your father."

Grace was a traditional woman. She was obviously moved by Heinz''s actions.

A man who would take care of his dead girlfriend''s parents was a worthy man.

Little Gary''s huge eyes lit up. He looked at Grace and smiled happily. "Mommy, are you serious?"

Grace was embarrassed. Looking at her nosy son, she shrugged and said, "I had wanted to persuade

you. But since you have your own ns, I won''t persuade you anymore. Don''t you try to pry into my

    affairs. I won''t tell you."

"You''re so petty! Mom!" Gary took hold of her hand in a fawning manner. "I just feel that there''s no need

to rush things. Even if you like him very much, don''t confess to him hastily. The one who says it first will

    be at a disadvantage."

Grace widened her eyes in shock. "What do you know, little guy?" "Mommy, I''m no longer a kid," Gary

said seriously. "I''m giving you advice as a mature man."

She opened her mouth but no words came out.

"Alright, why don''t you think about it for a bit?" Gary said and loosened his grip. "I''m going to change

    my clothes."

Then, he headed for his room.

Back in her room, Grace sat on the edge of the bed, smiling helplessly. She couldn''t believe that Gary

    did know everything.

Gary returned to his room, turned on hisputer and saw an unread email in his inbox.

"Isn''t this Heinz''s email address?" Gary thought to himself.

As soon as he clicked it open, he realized that the email had juste in a while ago.

    Gary proceeded to read it.

"Little Gary, it''s Dad. Is your mom okay? Are you guys alright? I just met with Ernest. Have you eaten?

What did your mommy tell you?"

There were a lot of questions.

Gary pouted as he replied, "My mom didn''t tell me anything. Anyway, Uncle Simon came and said that

he still wanted mommy. He liked her and he wanted to divorce Aunt Marry."

As soon as Heinz clicked on the email and read it, he felt uneasy.

Heinz picked up his mobile phone and called Grace.

Grace had just changed into her clothes. When her phone rang, she took it over and saw that it was

    Heinz.

    She picked it up. "Hello?"

    "Grace, where are you now?"

"I''m home." Grace was surprised that he sounded so agitated. His breath sounded heavy.

"You and Little Gary?" he asked.

"Yeah," Grace said with a smile. "Who else could I be with?"

"No other people?" Heinz inquired again.

Grace let out augh. "No. What''s wrong? Why did you ask?"

After hesitating for a while, Heinz decided not to sell Little Gary out.

"Nothing. I''m just worried that you''ll be in trouble."

A thought shed across Grace''s mind. She said, "Oh. Now that you''ve mentioned it, I met Simon

    Brown just now."

Heinz heaved a sigh of relief. "Did he go to see you?"

"Yes, he came to see me," Grace replied honestly.

"D*mn it!" Heinz cursed in a low voice.

    Grace was speechless.

"He still hasn''t gotten over you, has he?" he said.

"Let him be. After all, I don''t feel much about him. He left already, and I didn''t even say much to him."

Heinz was about to go crazy. "I''m going to your ce now," he announced.

"Huh" Grace was shocked. "You''reing now? Don''te, just stay with Ernest."

"No, I have to go now. I want to see you right now," he insisted.

"You will upset Ernest. We had a deal, you stay with Ernest, and I''m staying with Little Gary. You can''t

    just leave him like that."

"But if I don''t see you now, I''ll go crazy."

Hearing his anxious voice, Grace''s heart began to beat wildly.

"Grace," Heinz''s voice sounded again. "I really want to see you."

    N?velDrama.Org holds ? this.

After a little hesitation, Grace said, "Okay. Then bring Ernest along."

"Okay, I''ll be right there," he agreed with excitement. After hanging up the phone, he quickly gave

    instructions to the butler.

"Pack up all the cooked food and see what you could pack for Little Gary and Grace. I''ll bring Ernest

over and have our meal there."

Butler Hond was taken aback when he heard that. Then, he ordered the maid, "Pack them up, all of

them. Check the kitchen and see if there''s anything for Little Gary and Miss Smith. Pack them too."

"Dad, I''m going to Aunt Grace''s ce too?" Ernest was a little excited.

"Of course," said Heinz before he scooped Ernest up in his arms and walked out the door.

The butler shouted from behind, "Sir, we haven''t finished packing up the dishes!"

"Send it to uster. Bring some clothes for Ernest to change too. After that, do some shopping for Little

Gary and Ernest. They need new clothes. Then, send them straight to Grace''s ce."

    "Yes!" the butler immediately replied.

After they had left, Aunt Dahlia lowered her voice and said to Butler Hond, "Why is Mr. Heinz so

    agitated? It''s frightening."

"Well, they are now a love- struck couple," he whispered. "We''ve been there, so we can understand

    too."

Aunt Dahlia stifled augh. "Ha! Now, we could just wait for Miss Smith to move in. Young Master Gary

is so adorable. Together with Young Master Ernest, they''ll live a happy life!"

"That day wille," said the butler. He was also looking forward to it.

When Heinz and Ernest arrived, Grace was cutting vegetables and preparing to cook.

    The doorbell rang.

Grace went to open the door.

''Aunt Grace!" Ernest called out lovingly, feeling excited.

"Hey Ernest!" Grace held his hand.

Heinz took Grace into his arm and said to Ernest, "Ernest, go and find Little Gary. Don''t disturb me and

    Aunt Grace."

He entered the house and pushed the door close. After that, he lifted Grace up and walked inside.

"Hey! Put me down! Heinz!" cried Grace. She spoke in a low voice, "Ernest is still here."

Ernest covered his mouth with his hands and giggled. Not thinking anything was wrong, he didn''t intend

    to disturb them at all.

Ernest was very cooperative and walked straight to Little Gary''s room.

At that moment, Little Gary opened the door. When he caught sight of the scene, his eyes widened but

he didn''t seem to think much of it. He reminded them nonchntly, "Hey, hey, watch out. There are two

    children at home."
