Talking about marriage, Jose was pleased. “Melissa and Murray getting engaged is a good thing. But
they don‘t have enough time. I invited a pastor to help find a good date for their engagement. The most
recent one is at the end of this month. They can get engaged then.” He chatted with Marc.
The old man was so delighted that he couldn‘t stop grinning. “Great! Once they are engaged, their
wedding day won‘t be far away.”
Melissa nced at Murray only to find he was staring at her gently,

Murray frowned. The corners of his mouth curled into a mocking smile. “Family? Isn‘t grandpa your
family?
You nearly killed him for your selfish desires!”
“Murray, we‘re wronged!” ire‘s eyes glinted with shrewdness. She grabbed Murray‘s arm and said
tearfully,
“We were forced!”
Murray snorted, not buying her story
“It is true! It was Jim who forced us to do this! He threatened us, saying he would kill us if we didn‘t do it
for him.” ire bit her lip.
“Is that so?” Murray nced at her.
ire nodded, “Please believe me. Jim hated Marc for driving him out of the family, so he took
revenge. We didn‘t have a choice. Jim mailed the poison to me. You can check it yourself.”
“I only know it was you who poisoned grandpa!” Murray‘s voice was icy cold, disappointed with Sarah
and
