    The man didn''t do as Yasmin said and turned to ce the tray on the nearby coffee table. His gentle


    voice seemed out of ce with his sturdy frame, “Your Majesty, if you don''t eat, your body won''t be


    able to cope."


    Yasmin frowned and continued to stare out the window, saying, “I said I don’t want to. Are you defying


    my orders, too?”


    The man turned and walked up to her, hisrge body blocking the moonlight from outside. Upset, the


    queen looked up at him. "What are you doing?"


    "Your Majesty, you know I''ll never defy your orders. However, I''ll stay here to keep youpany until


    you eat something," he spoke stubbornly, remaining where he was.


    Yasmin red up at him, but he didn''t even look away and stood cidly with his arms crossed. After a


    while, her eyes grew sore, and she looked down, rubbing them. "Just go. I''ll have the dinnerter."


    The man didn''t budge. "I''ll take the tray away when you finish the food."


    In other words, he wouldn''t leave until she ate.

    "Your health is my top priority, Your Majesty," he said impassively.


    "Rick, do you think you''re special? Or do you think you''ve done a great service by helping me spy on


    Fred?" Yasmin said, narrowing her eyes.


    The man standing before her was none other than Rick. As he was backlit, one couldn''t see his


    expression. However, his standing there gave off a sense of loneliness.

    "You don''t? Then why aren''t you following my orders!" She suddenly grabbed the ss beside her and


    smashed it onto the floor.


    Still, Rick remained where he was as if nothing had happened. He said ndly, "You shouldn’t get so


    worked up, Your Majesty.”


    "All thanks to you!" she retorted. Although she sounded upset, she appeared more like she was sulking


    rather than rageful.


    Rick bent over, took a ss of milk from the tray, and handed it to her. "If you don''t have an appetite, at


    least have some milk. It’ll help you sleep."


    Yasmin epted the milk and was about to take a sip when she realized what he said. She then


    sighed and put the ss down. "Sleep? It''s not so easy to fall asleep, okay?"


    Besides thinking about Dominic said, she had sat there because she couldn''t sleep.
