Jonathan nodded in acknowledgment.
His gaze thennded on Stanley. “You''re lucky enough to survive, kid. You should thank your lucky
stars that this is awful society. Otherwise, I would''ve ended your life without hesitation.”
Without saying anything, Stanley met Jonathan''s gaze calmly. He showed no signs of being afraid.
