CHAPTER 342
Chapter 342
Ben snorted. “Disgusting? Dr. Genevieve’s capsule is anything but disgusting? So what if it contains
ashes? If Dr. Genevieve can use them as a medicinal herb, then it’s effective.”
“Ridiculous! How can ashes be of any use? Are you trying to deceive me? Is it Uxuley?”
Ben chuckled and asked, “My naive Isabe, do you think there’s a big difference between Uxuley
and the ashes? Aren’t they both just human remains?”
Isabe broke down, her stomach churning. “Get out, just get out! You liar!” she screamed.
Gina demanded, “Stop tarnishing Genevieve’s reputation. There’s no way she developed this
capsule. And where did those ashese from?”
Ben responded, “Curious, Miss Miller? Then investigate yourself. If you’re hoping to get any
information from me, forget it. I won’t say a word, and I’m not meeting with you.”
Gina insisted, “I know you’re at home.”
“Won’t be for long! Miss Miller, I don’t understand why you’re meddling. Haven’t you heard the
saying, ‘Cutting off someone’s livelihood is like killing their parents? I advise you to stay out of it.”
With that, Ben hung up the phone without hesitation.
Gina asked Isabe, “Do you know which room is your uncle’s?”
Isabe nodded and led Gina to Ben’s room. The door was unlocked, and the room was empty.
Gina then searched other rooms but still couldn’t find Ben after looking around.
Ben’s house seems to have a hidden passage, and he has already left. Gina furrowed her brow and
called Michael. “Lock down all airports and stations in Oriata City. Find a person named Ben Presley
and intercept him. Don’t let him escape,” she ordered.
“Understood!” Michael acknowledged, taking charge.
Impressed by Gina’s assertiveness, Isabe said, “Miss Miller… you were somanding just now,
so powerful.”
Gina smiled dismissively and said, “Miss Presley, I’m sorry to bother you with bringing me here. I’m
leaving now. Shall I send you home?”
Isabe happily agreed and said, “Sure, of course.”
After dropping Isabe off at her home, Gina said, “Miss Presley, the main ingredient in the capsule
you took typically wouldn’t cause significant harm to the body. However, if you find yourself unable
to ept it psychologically and experience psychogenic vomiting at the thought of it, my suggestion
is to see a psychologist.”
“Okay, sure.” Isabe nodded, feeling emotional again about the capsule.
“I’ll take my leave now,” Gina said politely.
“Goodbye.” Isabe waved.
Gina sped off down the road. Along the way, she received a call from the police station. “Miss Miller,
the man who damaged your car has mental issues. He got into the event with a ticket he found and
was having an episode when your car was scratched. The man has no family or savings and used
to be homeless. He dressed up that day because he found a suit. So,

it’s unlikely we can count on him forpensation.”
“Okay, I understand,” Gina said before hanging up the phone.

She’d make Colin Barnes pay for thispensation. The found ticket? It was probably Colin who
had deliberately let that. man find it. Colin wanted her to take the me for it. That wasn’t going to
happen.
“Brother! What kept you busy today? It’ste, did you have a drink? You seem to be in a good mood
today?” ine Barnes asked.
Colin chuckled. “I’m in a pretty good mood because I’ve cost Gina at least 200 million dors.”
However, Colin felt they were stillckingpared to Gina’s substantial financial resources. But
making Gina take a loss was a safe bet for him.
“You’re amazing! By the way, I’m heading back to Mosnioca tomorrow,” ine said.
Colin asked, “What’s up? Do you have something to do there?”
“Yeah, Princess Lisa of Mosnioca’s royal family is selecting a husband. You know how hard I’ve
worked to get into her circle. Choosing a husband will involve a three-day banquet, a great social
opportunity. I will maximize this rare chance to expand mywork,” ine said.
Colin affectionately patted ine on the head and said, “My dear sister, you have ambition.”
“Of course, brother. Please don’t underestimate me. I’m not just a freeloader who shops and
collects diamonds!” ine said.
“Who said you’re a freeloader? Anyone who dares say that, I’ll shut them out.” Colin’s face
darkened.
“No one. If anyone dares to say, I would have already shut it out. I don’t need you to do it for me;
only I can say that about myself!” ine said proudly.
“Will youe back after the banquet ends?” Colin asked.
“Of course, I’lle back. We’ve agreed, haven’t we, brother? We’re going to build our empire back
home. The industries abroad were conquered by Mom and Dad when they were young. I won’t be
satisfied until we’ve made our mark,” ine said.
Colin smiled and said, “I believe we’ll achieve it soon. There’s a massivemercial empire waiting
for us in our homnd. All we need to do is seize everything Gabriel and Gina own.”
ine chuckled. “You’re right, brother!”

At the harbor, Ben was surprised that Gina had such immense capability. She had managed to seal
off all the stations and airports in Oriata City, deploying people to wait for his appearance. Luckily,
he had been cautious and left the airport before Gina’s people could find him. He then contacted the
smugglers to prepare for his escape. Ever since he started his illicit business, he had anticipated
the need to leave the country eventually, having already transferred his assets abroad. He knew life
abroad would befortable, but he might never see his son again, Zach Presley, who was
currently in Norwood Prison.
The smuggler discovered that Ben hadn’t boarded the ferry yet and was muttering to himself.
Growing impatient, he urged, “What are you mumbling about? The ferry is about to depart. If you
don’t get on now, you’ll be staying here. If you’reCALTEX

leaving, decide and be stubborn about it.”

The smuggler scolded Ben harshly for his dawdling, leaving him bitter. He reluctantly boarded the
ferry and found himself confined to the lowest level, surrounded by others attempting to cross
illegally. Unwilling to engage with the diverse group around him, he retreated to a corner, leaning
against the wall. Tired and disinterested in the crudepany, he decided to rest for a while.
