    Chapter 157 Do You Truly Not Remember Me


    The physics teacher seemed somewhat taken aback. “Me?”

    Lysander nced in the direction of the convenience store. Cram school had just ended, and many


    students were inside buying things. Michelle was still stuck inside and wouldn’t be able to get out


    so soon.


    “Let’s cut to the chase,” Lysander said. “A married man with a child should be responsible for his


    wife and kid. He shouldn’t take advantage of his age and experience to manipte an underage


    girl, potentially jeopardizing her future. Wouldn’t you agree?”


    The man wore a look of surprise, but it quickly gave way to a knowing smile.


    “Are you Michelle’s family?”


    “I am her sister, her biological sister.”


    The man nodded in acknowledgment. “Hello, my name is Zachary Powell.”


    “Hello, Mr. Powell.”


    Zachary seemed to find the situation somewhat amusing, yet absurd. “All right, I can ept being


    addressed that way.


    As they were speaking, Michelle returned with joy.


    “Lysander, here’s your water! It’s chilled.”


    Lysander took it, saying, “Thanks.”


    Michelle spread her hands out in front of her, pouting yfully. “I want my money back.”


    Lysander scoffed, “You’re practically an adult now, yet you’re still acting like a child.”


    Michelle clung to her arm affectionately. “Lysander, my dear sister, why have you only just


    returned? I have so many things to tell you.”


    “Let’s go home. Mom has prepared a lot of delicious food. Say goodbye to Mr. Powell”


    Michelle paused for a moment, ncing at Zachary, then back to Lysander, her expression slightly


    surprised. “Lysander, don’t you recognize Zachary?”


    Upon hearing this address, Lysander felt a bit irritated.


    They’re teacher and student, but she’s calling him by his name so intimately


    Lysander furrowed her brows and chastised, “Show some respect to your teacher.”


    “But Zachary doesn’t teach me.”


    Lysander wondered, He doesn’t? Isn’t he the physics teacher from the cram school? What on earth


    is going on?


    Zachary chuckled softly. “Lysander, do you truly not remember me?”

    Lysander racked her brain, searching for anyone with the name Zachary Powell.


    She couldn’t remember anything and candidly shook her head.


    At this point, even Michelle couldn’t hold back: “Lysander, have you forgotten Zachary, Mdm.


    Cam’s son? When you were filling out your college applications, it was him who suggested you to


    go to a medical university.”


    Lysander finally remembered.


    Cam Larson was Laura’s close friend. They used to work in the same department.
