Arial himself had ordered Arun to invite this young man to the Grand Hall

For now, Lnc has the title of Councilor. It is simply a title without power as they could advise the Chief
In other words, from the start of Arial assembling an army to conquering the city, all of the orderse from him.
There is no organization.
It is unlike the well-oiled bureaucracy in the Empire.
Arial does like control over his army but it is impossible for him to do it all alone. Sooner orter he would break if that was the case
He had an idea to give a post to Lnc.
If he rises to the asion and do his job well, then Arial knows that this is a diamond in the rough. If he failed, then Lnc would then be demoted to some lower post
Standing beside Lnc, is his former superior General Castile. Castile lead the horseriders in Arial army
He is a brave general and is always in the thick of battle. He is also very talent in archery horseback.
His name is unlike the name of people of the Thirteen Tribe which usually use the characters of their tribe.
His name sounded like a name he would hear from people of Renasia. It reminded him of the House of Castille in Renasia.
And Castile did not introduce him as most people introduce themselves.
They usually said I am this and the son of this man. Arial notice this among some of his councilor.
For example, Arun and Castile.
Ragar had spoken to him of his lineage as Ragar son of Rh''olok.
But there are some people that did not speak in that way.
There must be some reason for the difference but today is not the time for him to fulfill that curiosity

Right now in the Grand Hall, there is this silence as Arial keep looking slowly at each and every one in the room.
Standing beside his seat is Councilor Arun.
Of course Arial also did not forget to test each and every one of them.
While it is important to capitalize in the momentum of their victory, Arial also knows rashness rarely brings a beneficial effect
Stabilize the base first.
The moment that he could do that, he would bare his fangs to all of the Three Kingdoms. With his prowess, he could defeat any army.

They look around.
They seem to know most of the people inside the Grand Hall but it seems that Arial is still waiting for someone.
''Is there someone else that should be in the Grand hall?'' they thought to themselves. They don''t know
Arial then look at Neroian the Son of Narman.
He was also invited to the Grand Hall.
Neroian is about average height, his body is thin but packed with muscle. His hair is bright red, like it was kissed by fire
His features are regr but there is some charm on it and his eyes seems honest.
Arial had learned a bit about the Negevian tribe
They live near the ck Hills. The reason why it is called the ck Hills is because there is an oily ck substance thate out form the ground
This substance is mmable and some people that geos there dies of suffocation because of the smell
But the Negevian Tribe seems to have some special body abilities that made them immune to the smell of that oily substance
The other tribes mostly call them the Hillfolks. They are very good in gueri tactics when fighting with the other tribes.
Arial brought them all here today to discuss not only the matter of the city but also to start giving out task and abilities.
As he waited for someone toe the other people in the room began to look on the long table. On the table, there is a long map that detailed the maps of the Three Kingdom and the entirety of the Novus Gaia.
It is quite detailed. A few soldiers had just brought the table into the room the moment that Arial sit down on his seat.
Then without a word, these servants andid out a huge map.
The map is the rough map of the Shadonds.
Since the area around the far east is hard to map, the territory that they don''t know is left empty. Ashuind is the far east and it belongs to Vernium.
But there is anothernd east of Ashuind and it is left empty
But the other states and kingdom is very detailed.
There are the seven states of Iathus and the nine states of Luxermbough.
From what Arial had gathered, Iathus is called so because of the name of one of the champion of thend who is called Iathus.
As for Luxermbough, ite from Luxe which mean luxury and bough whiche from boroughs.
That is how Luxermbough started as they held many luxuries that they then used to trade with other continent by the port on Reimsdorn, Viennarlean, and Surkye in the past.
There is diamond and all kinds of gems and many golds mine all over Luxermbough and they traded it with foods and other necessities with the other continent
Because of that Luxermbough is the most bountiful of the other two kingdoms and now that the Darkness is lifted from that area, it probably would be even more prosperous.
It is a pity that they could not sail their ship far away from the coast of the continent.
If not, they could trade even more from the other continent.
Arial of course see the potential of this ce.
And out of the three kingdoms, they are also possessing one of the most well-armed military and the kingdom that govern their kingdom akin to that of the governing system of the Human Continent
They usually traded with the Free Cities, a group of ind on the north or they sail the seas toward Ariundus or Vorthy and traded with them
The two great general look at the map intently and they were quite impressed.
Of course, while it detailed the states, it did not show the terrains like whether it has mountain orkes or rivers which is very important when one wanted to n a military expedition.
Arial waited for a few more minutes. Then he sighed and shakes his head
''I guess he would not being today'' he said. Giovani then said
''Your Imperial Highness, who is this person you are waiting for?'' Arial smiles and pointed toward the map
''The man that made the map you see in front of you. I wanted to give him a post as the cartographer. But the message might not have yet arrive on him'' Santiago then said
''Your Imperial Highness, this might have something to do with the cold wind that blowsst night'' Arial nodded
''I have heard. Since that is the case, let us begin this meeting'' the other nodded
Arial then said
''With all of you here, I wanted to appoint some of you as my advisors with different opacities and task'' Then Arial look toward his two generals and said
''As for the two of you, the title of the Twelve Great general is enough, right?''
Giovanni did not immediately answer.
Instead he asks
''Is the special right of the Great General still applies to us if we ept this?'' Arial only smiles and he nodded
''Desperate times calls for desperate measures. I wanted to quickly gain this state. It is quite fortunate that people of this kingdom is not united, as most of the state is ruled by their own great lord. If this is the Empire, one state being upied by a foreign invader, then the entire Empire would move''
Santiago nodded.
That would be the case.
They might not even have the chance to take one state if this in the Human Continent.
