utz turned just enough to take a look at Steve with the corner of his eyes. His ck pupils that stared at him was deeply ingrained in Steve''s mind.


    utz indeed wanted to threaten Steve and warm him not toe in his way. The killing intent he was releasing was nothing like anything. Being swallowed by utz''s killing intent alone made Steve wobby in the knees and sick in the stomach.


    Even though utz hated it, he had kill many in his ninja days. Killing had be his second nature which he is now headed to ovee. Therefore, it shouldn''te off as a surprise that he could choke a newbie with his intent to kill alone.


    But Steve was no average newbie. In the past two days at the bonus stage he had killed 50 men even though he had never killed anyone before in his life! Steve had resoned that since it was a man hunt it was very much fair to kill. If he wouldn''t he could not win.


    And maybe because he had emerged after killing so many, Steve was able to resist utz''s killing intent to a certain extent.


    "Ha Ha, you are right. I won''t be able to survive thest wave, so I will probably leave before you know. My body won''t be able to bear that much. It is already exhausted from all I have gone through. But you know… making you the victor without a fight isn''t really my style. It would be so unfair if you win the stage without even fighting the runner up."


    utz turned around as he wrapped his hands over his chest knitting his brows.


    "And you think you would be able to put up a candle against me? Ha, with that state of yours? Must be a big joke."


    "Oh, we will see about that. But no matter what happens we will bear each other no grudge."


    utz frowned. It was clear from his statement that he was nning to escape if the fight doesn''t go his way.


    ''But I won''t let him escape so easily''


    "Why are you so worried about me holding any grudge against you?"


    Steve''s lips bloomed into a slight smile.


    "It''s because you are the type of person who takes his grudges to his grave…"


    utz ears twitched. For a moment utz was taken aback by Steve''sst randomment. His words as if resonated with utz''s soul.


    utz lowered his hands removing them from his chest. His eyes fixed on Steve in disbelief. His lips parted to state a reply but he was soon to change his mind as he shut it back again.


    ''Well, indeed I am.''


    It was not just in a figurative way that Steve''s words were true but in the literal sense. When utz had died in his previous life, he had indeed taken all of his grudges with him to his grave.


    His grudge against his vige… his grudge against the corrupt… against the lunatics… against the dividers… against the demons... against all of them. And maybe it was because of his immeasurable grudge that he was reborn… to kill them all and to change the future.


    ''This should be quick,'' utz thought. And he was not much off the mark. With his stats already crossing the sixties utz was clearly the winner.


    "You know I was saving this for you since I knew that I would have to eventually fight against you," Steve smiled as he continued. "Berserk!"

    Dark mes erupted from Steve''s feet. Little by little, it red against his whole body. Covering him to the brim. His whole body was engulfed in dark ck mes.


    utz eyes shot wide. He could feel the changes that was taking ce in Steve from as far as a few meters. Steve''s whose pressure seemed to be measly before now appeared as if he was some Last Boss.


    ''What is this?'' He thought.


    Never before had he seen such a skill! In his previous life, he hadn''t fought with many. A ninja must avoid frontal battles at all costs! But that doesn''t mean he hadn''t spied on his enemies. But never before had he seen anyone use such a power.


    Steve''s muscles had their veins popping out as he felt the strength returning to his body. It was like watching the muscles grow due to a tonic in extreme fast forward. Steve was not feeling exhausted anymore which caused his drooping and half assed stance to regain its prior vigor.


    "Let''s do this," Steve said. He didn''t have much time left so he would be going with all of his power from the very beginning.

    A ck shield intervened in his charge between him and utz. It was utz''s Tossias''s Demonic Spirit turned to a shield.


    For the first time, since utz had been reborn to hell… utz had felt the need to defend… he had felt the need to use a shield. The change in Steve''s power was too abrupt and utz was caught off guard. Before he could gain hisposure, Steve had closed in the distance and there was not enough time to dodge!


    "Shield? I thought you only ever used swords," Steve''s knitted his brows as he got to know a new aspect of utz. There were lot of things that he was getting to know about him. First Selena and now this. Little did he know that utz thought the same.


    He saw utz''s shield wriggle as it transformed into a sword in the grasp of his hands. While Steve had revealed his trump card, utz had barely revealed his first.


    "Not a standard sword. They is a difference between the two. This one is called a ninjato," utz said as his pupils pointed to his spirit sword.
