    Chapter 24 She Has a Man Behind Her


    Cedric left Johnson Manor and went directly to thepany. His personal assistant, Yuvan Sullivan,


    entered his office.


    “Mr. Johnson.”


    “What have you found?” Cedric asked coldly.


    ‘We’ve managed to stop the news from spreading. But due to the timing, quite a few people already


    know,” Yuvan replied, referring to the reports about the divorce.

    Cedric furrowed his brows and rubbed his aching temples. “Have they found her?”

    knew in Verde City with such influence.


    “Find that person.”


    Cedric’s tone was furious. He was determined to uncover the identity of the person who had meddled

    Natalie’s affairs.


    “Yes, sir,” Yuvan replied.


    While the words were spoken with determination, the person who had managed to erase Natalie’s


    information had to be someone of significant power and influence. It definitely sounded like someone


    whom Cedric would prefer to avoid confronting directly.


    Despite his anger, Cedric maintained his basic rationality. He decided to start by investigating the major


    families in Verde City.


    The search yielded disappointing results.
