    The people aroundughed. Suddenly, a child appeared and surreptitiously set down one of the


    satin flower gands that Ethan''s parents had made themselves next to Hendrix. It was obvious that


    he was hinting at something.


    Hendrix took the flower gand. Perhaps he felt that it was inappropriate, after a split second, he


    got up and left the room. The guests in the hall were all surprised by his sudden leave.


    Fortunately, he came back a few minutester with arge bouquet of roses in his hand. The fresh

    I held back myughter. It was a rare sight to see Hendrix, who was usually quiet and impassive,

    The wedding was really lively, and all of us were happy.


    The wedding ceremony went on untilte at night, and the sky was getting darker and darker. After


    all the guests had left, Yana held my hand and tried to persuade me to stay in the suburbs for one


    night. Hendrix was holding my hand. Although he didn''t say anything, I knew that he was not used
