    "Are you acting up now?" A voice spoke.


    I looked up and saw that the voice belonged to Hendrix. He stood not far away and was looking at


    me, a hint of helplessness in his eyes. I instinctively tried to stand up.

    me, so I gave up, tired.

    the clothes in his hand and let out the temper that I was holding in for most of the day. I said angrily,


    "Tell Hendrix that I won''t thank him for giving me these clothes at all. I''m doing this because of him.


    At least he has a conscience and knows to send me clothes."


    Evan nodded with a smile on his face and said, "Miss Reid, go in and take a bath first then. I''ll stand


    guard here for you. Go ahead!"


    It was because there were only men on this side of the base, so there wasn''t any division between


    men and women bathrooms. Fortunately, the bathrooms were single stalls.


    I nodded. When I saw Hugoing over with the clothes in his arms, I said gratefully, "I have


    clothes here. Thank you!"

    After washing myself in the bathroom, I came out with the muddy clothes in my hands. The clothes

    up and put them back in the bag.


    When I came out, Evan looked me up and down. Seeing that I was all cleaned up, he said in a


    serious tone, "Miss Reid, I''ll go first."

    After a busy day, I originally intended to go home already. But I met Hugo who invited me to dinner.


    "Miss Reid, Evan just came to inform me that we will be having dinner togetherter. So don''t head


    home just yet!"
