Hello, and thank you for checking out my story!


    Magical Girl Harmonia Lux was originally started as project for the April 2023 Writathon. It was a spinoff story of my main story - Technomancer: How I Became the Hapless Sidekick of the World''s Greatest Magical Girl that I started on a whim. At the time, it was really just one big impulsive writing exercise to learn how to write a LitRPG.


    From my own self-critical point of view it... wasn''t the best execution. I had a magic system and cosmology built up from all the work on Technomancer, but I didn''t have an outline or know where the story was going until 15 chapters in. I''d also written about 40,000 words in the first two weeks without any serious line editing.


    To my complete and total surprise, Magical Girl Harmonia Lux was a pretty big hit despite its flaws, with half of its ~1k followers reading all the way to the end. A lot of people expressed disappointment that the world built around the story was so — in their words, rich and interesting. However, because of the way the story was structured, none of it was explored while the world burned down around the main character.

    So I''ve taken that feedback and launched this separate upload to give the setting a bit more breathing room. This story is set two weeks after the events of the original, and written in a way that assumes the reader has never read the Pilot.


    You can consider the start of this story a ''Book 1'' - but the events of the Pilot / Book 0 are all canon if you''d like to go back and read that after.
