    Hugo got off her and looked at Eric in shock.

    them up. Once they split, Pearl will grow to resent Richard. You can step in to protect andfort her

    It’s a perfect opportunity to make her fall for you. You can take control of your rtionship with her.”


    Hugo’s proposal was tempting, but Eric didn’t immediately respond to it. Instead, he turned his attention


    back to Jenny. “I have a question for you.”

    “I want to know if you were involved in Pearl’s drowning incident.” Eric’s gaze bore into her.
