Chapter 1258
Judith''s eyes were filled with bone-chilling hatred as she approached, brandishing a long knife.
When she reached Maja''s side, she shouted aloud.
"Die! No one will ruin my life! No one!"
Maja only felt a gust of wind approaching. She braced herself for the impending pain, but none came.
Instead, she felt something warm sttering against her face, carrying a strong metallic odor. It was
blood, lots of it.
Above her, Wind''s throat had been pierced by Judith''s knife.
Blood was spilling from the de, sshing onto Maja below.
Wind stared at Judith in disbelief.
Scared, Judith dropped the knife, her face white as a sheet as she backed away.
This was her first time getting her hands dirty. In the past, she would have Wind carry out her dirty
deeds, but now she had to deal with him.
She had nned this all along. Wind knew too much.
She trusted no one but herself.
Only when those in the know were dead, could she protect her identity as a Sanders heiress.
The bloody scene before her frightened her so much that she was shaking. On top of that, Wind''s eyes
stared at her, even in death, causing her to scream in terror.
Maja still had no idea what was happening. All she knew was that the force holding her had loosened,
and Wind had fallen at her feet.
Sitting on the bed, the stench of blood was overbearing.
Frowning, she was about to ask what happened, when a scream rang out!
"Maja, what are you doing? Don''t kill me! Please, don''t kill me!"
Judith was truly terrified now, her cheeks speckled with blood.
This was from when she had stabbed Wind in the neck, some of the blood had sttered onto her
face.
Her legs gave out from fear, and she sank to the floor, making her way towards the exit.
Backing away, she cried out, "Help! Help!"
Maja, who was still unaware of what had happened, felt someone lying next to her. She slowly bent
down and found the knife.
She quickly realized what had transpired, her eyes turning cold.
She had thought Judith was a rose, but it turned out she was a venomous flytrap.
Wind, who had been with her for so many years, was her sword. She had misled him and then killed
him.
And now, it seemed like Judith was nning to pin everything on her.
Maja almost wanted to apud her. To outsiders, Judith and Wind were close. Judith would never harm
him, so the main suspect would be Maja.
The bodyguards on the first floor rushed upstairs at the sound of the screams. Opening the door, they
were met with a strong smell of blood.
At the door was a trembling Judith, and by the bed was an eerily calm Maja.
At a nce, it appeared as though Maja had killed Wind and was now threatening Judith.
The bodyguards quickly helped Judith up and shielded her.
"Ms. Pennyfeather, what are you nning to do?"
Maja was covered in blood, and she hated the smell. She fumbled her way towards the bathroom to
clean up.

But at her movement, Judith screamed again.
"Help! She''s trying to kill me! She''s going to kill me. I want to call my brother. I need to call my brother."
The bodyguards knew Judith''s identity and didn''t dare to offend her.
Gritting their teeth, they closed and even locked the door, escorting Judith downstairs to the living
room.
Judith immediately took out her phone, sobbing as she called Dn.
"Dn, Wind is dead. He''s dead, and Maja killed him. I''m so scared."
Her breath hitched violently.
The moment Dn received the call, he urgently got up. "Judith, where are you?"
Judith quickly ryed her location before taking some heart medication from her bag.
While on his way, Dn also called Patric.
Both of them rushed towards the scene almost simultaneously.
Patric''s face was filled with rage. He couldn''t believe that Maja, who was blind, would murder someone.
And to kill Wind, a hitman, who would have been on guard.
With these doubts, he quickly returned to his residence.
Dn arrived at the same time as him.
Dn gave him a deep look before quickly opening the door. The sight of Judith, trembling and crying,
curled up on the sofa made his heart clench.
Ever since Judith came to Greenfield, she had been suffering incessantly.
