Patric took a final swig from his beer bottle and crashed on the couch for a while.
He woke up abruptly at midnight, got up to make a sandwich in the kitchen, and brought it to Maja''s

"Have something to eat first," he suggested gently, pulling out the chair for her.

"Maja, things are moreplicated than you think," he started, struggling to find the right words. "Let''s

before he pulled it back.
"There are people everywhere outside, and you can''t leave now. But I''ll help you. For now, just eat. I''ll

Eric knelt down in front of her, looking up into her eyes. "I won''t hurt you, and I certainly won''t hurt Ian,"
he said softly.
As soon as he finished speaking, the voice in his head responded.

satisfied with Ian having everything that should be yours, sleeping with your woman."
