Chapter 92


    Luca’s POV


    “You were also in on this, weren’t you?” James said in a low voice as he reached forward and grabbed


    Ivan’s cousins with the front of his shirt, pulling him forward and delivering another punch on his face


    before he could get any word out.


    “I wasn’t,” He managed to rush out before James delivered another solid punch to his jaw, and another


    on in that same spot that Ivan’s cousin bursted out into tears instantly, pleading profusely as he got


    beaten up by James.


    “Why did you agree to the sick n? You sick bastard.” James murmured beneath his breath as he


    used his leg to swipe at Ivan’s feet so he lose his bnce andnd on his back in a really hard way.


    “You lots are a bunch of sick people.” James said as he started to deliver kicks to Ivan’s cousin’s sides


    and legs all at once.


    “I guess it runs in the family, huh? These sickening thoughts that you’ve probably been carrying out on


    other innocent girls, huh?” James said as he delivered harder kicks into Ivan’s side and suddenly


    turned around to start to pick at Ivan’s sides once again, making Ivan’s broken cry out and mix with his


    cousin louder ones.


    He continued for a few more minutes before delivering a harsh and firm kick in both guys ribs before


    taking a step back and admiring how handwork with a nk expression on his face. I lifted my head


    and stared at his knuckles to see that they were really bruised up, due to the amount of times he


    delivered punches to the two guys.


    I stepped away from the particr spot which I had been standing in for a while now, and moved


    towards the side where the two cousins were sprawled out on. Tears were running down the side of


    both guys eyes, but Ivan’s cousin seemed to be crying a lot more than Ivan – who was obviously mor


    beaten up than his cousin.


    “You boys gonna ever do this again?” I asked in a quite loud voice, most likely to be the loudest my


    voice had gone, since the moment I made my way into thispound, and both boys nodded their


    heads immediately in reply – although Ivan’s cousin’s nods were a lot more enthusiasticpared to


    that of his brother, whom I was starting to suspect had managed to sustain a neck sprain.


    Which served him so much right.


    “You see right now, you’re going to make the whole payment of all what we’ve spent on the girl whom


    you guys kidnapped, to me right now – and any other money which we’d have to spend on her, would


    be sent to you, and you’re going to make the transfer immediately.” I started to say to both boys and


    watched as they nodded their heads in reply, without making any fuss this time.


    It was obvious that they were starting to get a huge sense of what was going on right now.


    I turned my head around and gestured towards the bodyguard toe forward and noticed how he


    flinched immediately before starting to make his way towards me immediately, without any hesitations.


    He stopped beside me and took a small step backwards when I was about to nt my hand on his


    shoulder, like he had thought I was about to give him a share of the whole beatings which his cousins


    had collected from James.


    I stared at him pointedly and watched as he hurriedly stepped forward to stand beside me in the next


    second, letting out an incoherent sound and flinching heavily as I ced my hand on his shoulder and


    tugged him to stand beside me. He wasn’t as tall as I was, and his head was only managing to reach


    my shoulders


    I pointed towards Ivan with my head still facing him, and then I began to speak. “You’re going to go to


    him, and he’s going to tell you to go get his phone or whatever he can use in making the transfer of the


    money to me, as well as your other boss. Got it?” I said to him, moving my finger from Ivan’s direction


    to hoe cousin’s direction and the bodyguard nodded his head immediately in reply.


    He moved towards Ivan and Ivan stared at him pointedly without saying a thing, and when I started to


    walk towards him threateningly, he started to speak immediately, and I didn’t miss the re he was


    throwing at his bodyguard as the next words left his mouth. “Go into the room, upstairs, on the right


    hand side. You’re going to find my room in the bathroom of that particr room, and then you’re going


    to go into the toilet and get the phone in there. That’s where it is.”


    The bodyguard nodded his head although before moving towards Ivan’s cousin.


    “It’s in the sitting room, on the table. The second sitting room.” He exined to the bodyguard in a


    voice that wasn’t sounding really well,pared to how it was sounding before he got beaten up by


    James and it made me suspect that he might have bitten his tongue while receiving the beatings from


    James.


    The bodyguard started to make his way into the house immediately after his bosses were done


    speaking to him and informing him about the locations of their phones.


    I turned around and moved towards James who still had a nk expression on his face, while staring


    straight ahead – but I knew without a doubt that he wasn’t seeing a damn thing and was a lost in


    thoughts at the moment.


    “Hey,” I said to him in a low voice and watched as he blinked once and still kept staring straight ahead

    before turning his head around and ncing at me.


    “How are you?” I asked and watched as he shrugged a little before turning his head around and kept


    on staring straight ahead. He turned his head around after a few moments and started to say. “So,


    we’re almost done here, right?”


    “Yup, we are. I’m just going to get the transfers from them, even though I’ve paid off all of Aria’s


    hospital bills. I’m just going to give the whole money away to an orphanage tomorrow.” I said to him


    before turning my head and staring straight ahead, watching as the body started to make his way out of


    the house, walking straight towards us instantly.


    “Here it is, sir.” He said to me and held the phone to me. I nodded my head towards Ivan and Ivan’s


    cousin who were still sprawled out on the ground before starting to respond to the bodyguard. “Hand it


    over to them, they’re going to make the transfer to themselves.”


    He turned around and handed the phone to their respective owners and I watched as Ivan’s cousin


    started to sit up slowly before grabbing his phone from their bodyguard. Ivan was still on the ground


    and I was starting to really suspect that he had sprained or broken his neck.


    I called out the ount numbers to them and informed them about the amount of money which they


    were supposed to transfer to me. Their eyes widened and they gave me a shocked nce before


    starting to make the transfer, not bothering to argue orin, which was the best thing which they


    were supposed to say.


    My phone vibrated in my pocket and I fished it out and stared at it, watching as the alert of the iing


    money shed out on the screen. The second alert notification came in after a moment and I pocketed


    the phone in the next instant.


    “You both are not to do a thing to him,” I started to say loudly, moving towards the bodyguard and


    cing my hand on his shoulder. He stared up into my face gratefully for a few seconds before ducking


    his head when I nced at him, staring down at his feet in the next moment.


    “Both men nodded their heads after a moment and I walked towards Ivan because I knew Ivan was the


    only problem here since he was obviously the one who had the final say between both boys. I crouched


    dugged my hand into his hair, jerking his head sideways until he was staring into my face, a hoarse,


    broken cry slipped out his mouth almost immediately.


    “Did you hear what I said? I said you’re not to do a damn thing to him. Is that clear?” I rephrased my


    word to him and watched as he nodded his head immediately, his head barely moving as his mouth


    spat out the words loudly, tears running down the sides of his shes. “Yes, yes. I won’t.”


    “I am going to be cing eyes on you and checking if he’s still working for you all and very much alive,


    and if I don’t find him here, or find out that something happened to him, I am going to blow your head


    off.” I warned and watched as he nodded his head immediately, mouthing out his promises not toy a


    hand on the bodyguard when I tightened my hold in his hair and tugged his head sideways once again.


    I released my hold on his neck and stood up to my feet, watching as James moved towards Ivan’s


    cousin who was still in a sitting position and kicked him in his back, a kick so hard, it made him cry out


    loudly and fall on his back in the next instant.


    “Did you hear what he said? You’re not toy a hard on him. That clear?” I listened as James ryed


    the words I had said to Ivan, to Ivan’s cousin and watched as he nodded his head in reply immediately,


    mouthing the words out as well.


    I turned my head around to nce at the bodyguard who had a relieved facial expression on, the


    relieved look turned into a startled and a scared facial expression once he noticed that I was watching


    him.


    I started to move towards James and paused behind him.


    “Let’s get out of here, we’re done here.”


    James nodded and said loudly. “We’ve got eyes on you, you had better be extra careful from now on.”


    And with that, we made our way out of thepound and into our respectful cars. I refused to allow


    James to drive, seeing as his knuckles were wll bruised up and made him ride with me in my own car,


    while one of the bodyguard got ordered to drive James’ car, by me.
