Merwyn whipped out his phone and was prepared to dial the Chief Military Governor''s number.
Here goes nothing. Vernon thought as he risked his career by making his way toward Merwyn and tried to talk him out of it. "Mr. Huntington, let''s just talk things out. There''s no need to involve the Chief Military Governor in this matter."

He frowned. "Hmm... Why didn''t anyone pick up the phone? Is the Chief Military Governor busy?" he mumbled.

He had set his phone to silent mode and ced it on the table. Nobody noticed he had received a call.
Merwyn''s blood boiled when he saw Nathan''s smug smile. "I''ll wipe that smirk off your face real soon. I''m going to call the Chief Military Governor till he picks up. It''ll be your doomsday then."
With that, he immediately tried calling the Chief Military Governor again.
Still, no one picked up the phone.
"The number is correct, but why isn''t anyone picking up the phone? This is not possible!"
