Nathan''s cold voice rang out and jolted the crowd back to their senses.
Shae and Bobby looked livid. Their men nced nervously around.

The Death Reapers sensed that something was wrong and arrived to assist.

There were daggers, brass knuckles, butterfly knives, batons, and some of them even had pistols!
Shae watched the Death Reapers as they fanned out and had Nathan heavily surrounded. She sighed with relief, a smile once again yed around her lips.
"Very good!" Shaeughed and apuded. "Aptly named God of War. You fight very well.
However, we are at the headquarters of the organization known as the Death Reaper Group."
"Do you think you can defeat several hundred masters? Do you think you can survive a bullet?"
"Looks like you''re prepared to go all out," Nathan said indifferently. "Pardon me for executing you all on the spot."
"And you have the cheek to talk like that before your death," Shae said.
Penny looked on in panic.
Shae smiled as she saw that. "Penny, I''ll ask you once more. Are you willing to divulge the secret? If you choose to remain silent, you will watch your husband die under my des and bullets."
"Im telling you the truth, I have never met the Chief Military Governor!" Tears fell down Penny''s cheeks. "Please let my husband go," she sobbed. "You leave me no choice!" Shae snarled. "Say goodbye to your husband! Bobby, do it!"
"Fellow Death Reapers," Bobby bellowed, "All of you shall advance together. There are no rules. A hundred million on his head, the one who ends his life will get half the prize money for himself."
"Kill!" Bobby roared.
The assassins advanced on Nathan like starving lions. All of them were driven mad with the prospect of wealth and glory.
"They want death, they''ll get it!" Nathan lifted his right foot high and stomped on the ground.

The mossy tiles beneath their feet cracked from the force of Nathan''s foot. He had created a shockwave to repel the crowd gaining on him. The Grumbling Earth was a handy way to start the fight. It disced and disoriented the enemies, especially if they were in a crowd.
The ones nearest to him flew backward andnded heavily onto the ground. They did not stir again.
Bobby frowned worriedly. "This is a supersoldier. He is worthy of his moniker."
"Men, keep your guards up," he
warned. Forget all the rules, dig et
deep into your deepest, darkest instincts for blood, and kill him without mercy."
The assassins pulled out their guns and aimed it at Nathan.

At this moment, there came the crackling of rifles from the distance.
It sounded like hundreds of them firing together, all around them. The synchronized gunshots amalgamated into a single drawn-out bang. Around Nathan, the thirty or so Death Reapers who pointed their guns at him dropped like flies.
Every single one of them took at least three bullets.
Bobby, Shae, and the assassins stared in shock.
Oh God Thirty gunmen were shot at almost the same moment. How many men did Nathan have in the woods opening fire at the same time? Shae turned ghastly white, while Bobby turned the color of ash.
The remaining assassins froze, frightened that their smallest movement will cause them to be marked by the unseen snipers.
"How many snipers did you have?" Bobby asked in disbelief. "Forty? Fifty? A hundred?"
