Chapter 1420 A Gift For You Again
When Mitchell saw how many people were here to visit Noel, he uttered respectfully, "Wow, Mr.
Harbor. Your reputation precedes you. Look at how many of the Channing elites are eager to meet
you! It would appear that at least most of them know who the Harbor family is, unlike that fool
Nathan Cross. How impudent of him to beat up Fip like that!"
Speaking of Nathan Cross.
Recalling something, Noel swept his gaze around until he spotted Lily Smith and Matthew Marley.
"Matthew, I remember you saying that you were rtives to Nathan Cross and Penny Smith. You
also promised that you would get him to break his own limbs and her to be a ve to the
family voluntarily. How did that go? Why aren''t they here now to ask for forgiveness?"
The couple exchanged awkward nces before Matthew stammered out, "Mr. Harbor, they were
insolent and didn''t know what was good for them. Not only did he reject our advice, but he also
spouted some audacious ims!"
Noel narrowed his eyes. "Such as?"
"He said he didn''t need our help and that the Harbors are insignificant in his eyes. He said he would
deal with everything himself," Matthew muttered.
Immediately, Noel''s face darkened, and he growled, "Did he mean he would deal with me, or the
Harbor family in general?"
Mitchell quickly smiled and attempted to defuse the older man''s anger, "Mr. Harbor, there''s no need
to get so angry! Ignorance is bliss. Maybe he finally knows how powerful the Harbors are now that
you''re here? Also, the Elite Club members are here as well. He''s probably quaking in his shoes by
now!"
"Hahaha..."

Everybody chortled in glee at the thought.
Just as they were lost in their imagination of how terrified Nathan would be, the hotel manager,
Wace, came hurrying inside.
In a courteous voice, Wace informed,
"Mr. Harbor, there''s a gift for you again."
Noel''s tone was decidedly unhappy when he replied, "Didn''t I already tell you I did not want to be
disturbed and to ept the gifts then send the people away?"
"But the gift came from Nathan Cross. His messenger said I had to let you receive the present right
this instant," Wace exined.
Noel and the others froze in surprise.
Chuckling, Mitchell suggested, "Maybe he finally heard about the might of the Harbor family and the
Elite Club, and is scared out of his wits! He''s probably sending a gift to ask for mercy!"
Noelughed coldly. "A little toote for that! Where was the arrogance when he beat my son? I
don''t want his present! Let them quiver in fear as they wait for their punishment!"
Mitchell piped up, "Wait! Maybe you should see what he sent, Mr. Harbor. Who knows, he might be
gifting you a priceless artifact or something. The Cross Group is supposed to be quite a big and rich
company."
"Fine, let''s see what he sent!"
Within moments, Wace personally brought a box over and opened it up for everyone to see.
Everybody was stumped when they saw the contents of the box.
It was a clock with a note attached that said: Your time is running out.
Mitchell and the rest sucked in a sharp breath.
"Mr. Harbor, this is a tant threat against us!" he cried out.
Noel''s face was turning a violent shade of red in anger.
Initially, he thought that Nathan had delivered a gift as a sign of submission, yet the truth was the
complete opposite. The damn man actually had the audacity
to threaten him. Him!
His voice was hard as he seethed, "I had originally only nned on crippling him, but since he''s
practically asking for death, I''ll grant his wish!"
