There were two leaders among these pirates.
One of them had a wide face with beady eyes, looking like a ferocious shark. His name was Squale.
The other one with long hair and an eye patch. He was Cyclops.
Both of them were Odysseus'' right-hand men and part of the Seven Kings of Demon''s Lair.
Together with their subordinates, they had sneaked into the ind to take Nathan''s life.
When Nathan boldly imed that he would wipe out the Demon''s Lair in a week and arrest
Odysseus, Cyclops was consumed by rage.
Immediately, he reached down for the weapon at his waist, wanting to kill Nathan right where he
was.
However, Squale pressed Cyclops'' hand and whispered to him, "Don''t do it in public. Chill, man.
This is not the right time. We''ll be doomed if we get arrested here."
Cyclops thought about it for a moment. This ce was full of diners, so they might not be able to
get away if they killed Nathan here.
Subsequently, he changed his mind and stared at Nathan frigidly. "Okay. I''ll let him live for a little
longer!"
Nathan and his family soon finished their dinner and promptly left the restaurant.
The Cross Group had been facing some challenges recently. As the chairman and the president,

Seated in the van were Squale, Cyclops and a group of pirates.

years, so I assume he''s a good fighter. Let''s follow Penny. Nathan always put his family first. We''ll
be able to get hold of Nathan if we can kidnap Penny."
An evil smile spread across Cyclops'' face. "You''re right! Penny is such a babe. She has a slim
waist, a pair of long legs and ivory skin. She''s no doubt attractive. I''ve been at sea for months. It''s
been a while since thest I touched a woman. Let''s have some fun tonight!”
Squale and the other pirates let out pervertedughs at his words with lustful looks on their faces.
These pirates did not get to see any woman for months sometimes, so the thought of getting their
hands on Penny''s body made their cheeks heat up and their mind consumed by lust.
The van secretly trailed behind Penny''s BMW.
As Frida drove toward the Cross Group''s office, she discerned that something was wrong because
the van behind their car had been following them for quite some time.
She grew cautious right away and quickly said to Penny, who was seated in the back seat, "Ms.
Smith, the van behind is following us."
Penny frowned at her words. "Are you sure?"
"I''ll drive slower to see if they''ll overtake us," Frida proposed. She then moved over to the leftne
and drove at a slower speed.
In the van, Cyclops said to Squale, "The BMW slowed down and is staying in the leftne. Maybe
they realize we''re following them. What should we do?''

The van driver grinned wickedly. "Yes, sir!"
The van sped up all of the sudden, ramming into the trunk of the BMW.
The car jerked forward, making Frida lose control and bang the car against a tree by the side of the
road. The airbags instantly popped out.
Penny felt a little faint due to the impact, but luckily, she was not injured.
Frida said to her, "It''s obvious that they''re targeting us. Ms. Smith, please stay in the car. Lock the
doors. Call Mr. Cross while I get out of the car to hold them back."
As soon as Frida said this, she jumped out the car.
Meanwhile, Squale, Cyclops and a dozen of pirates got out of the van.
