Chapter 200 Nathan Cross Is Here
Nathan, Colin and the Elite Eight were heading towards the parking lot. As Nathan came to a stop in
front of his BMW, he instructed Colin, "Find out which department those men were from and have a talk
with their superior. It''s better to inform them in advance so things won''t escte."
"Yes sir!" Colin responded sharply.
Getting in his car, Nathan left for home.
When he arrived back home, everyone in the house was already asleep.
After taking a shower, he brewed a cup of tea for himself intending to sober up a little before he went to
sleep.
Unfortunately, fate had other ns. He did not even get a chance to finish his cup of tea when he
received a call from Jack.
As it turned out, after Nathan, Colin, and the Elite Eight left, a man named Caleb Lowe arrived with a
whole squad of reserve fighters. Thomas and his men had all been beaten half dead by them.
After that, Thomas was taken away by Caleb at gunpoint.
The only reason Jack had escaped their attack was because he had gone to the washroom before they
arrived.
The poor man sounded like he had been crying as he choked up, "Sir, Thomas was taken away by the
Armed Forces. He could be dead by now! What do we do?"
Nathan had not expected these people would be so brazen. The speed at which they came for revenge
was quite shocking too.
"Calm down. I will go over now to pick you up, then we''ll go and save Thomas together."
After ending the call, he picked up his car keys and left the house for the second time.
Soon, he had collected Jack and was heading straight for the Armed Forces HQ. He made a call to
Colin on the way there.
A whileter, the two of them finally arrived at the Armed Forces HQ.
There were two sentries standing guard by the gates. Upon spotting Nathan and Jack, one of the
sentries shouted, "Who are you? Why are you here?”

Nathan spoke in a hard tone as he narrowed his eyes, "I''m Nathan Cross. Tell your highest-ranking
superior toe and see me now!"
The sentries were taken aback by the domineering aura of the man before they were exuding.
Uncertain of what to do but not wanting to offend a potentially powerful man, one of the sentries ran
inside to inform his superiors.
The head of the Armed Forces was actually Bruce Lennington. However, he was not in tonight. Instead,
the officer on duty was Dous Hayes.
In the lobby of the building, Dous was sitting on the couch stiffly as he waited for Nathan toe.
Giovanni and William were sitting beside him, one on each side.
Both their right arms were in sling cast. Scattered around the lobby were Jerry, Caleb, and ten other
fighters.
Dous stared at the bloodied form of Thomas standing before them. Then he asked his son, "William,
is this the man who broke your arm?"
William responded hatefully, "He did the breaking but it was under orders of Nathan Cross."
Dous ordered as he turned to Caleb, "Take some men with you and bring me Cross. My son and
nephew shall get their revenge tonight."
Before Caleb could reply, a sentry ran in from outside. "Reporting, sir! There''s a man outside iming
to be Nathan Cross."
A sneer crossed Dous'' lips when he heard the news. "I was just about to send some men out to get
him; but he delivered himself personally. Bring him in!"
A short whileter, Jack and Nathan walked in.
Thomas, who had been looking rather worse for wear, perked up when he saw Nathan. He rasped out,
"Sir!"
Nathan frowned after seeing the injuries all over Thomas, "Everything''s going to be okay. I''ll get you to
a hospital immediately."
Dous scoffed as he demanded, "You''re Nathan Cross? The man who injured my son and nephew
and also ordered your men to attack my men?"
Staring right back at Dous, Nathan questioned steadily, "Who are you?”
Caleb bellowed in reply, "How dare you! You must be blind! This is Dous Hayes, the Captain of the
Reserve Guards. He''s also the uncle of Mr. Russo and the father of William Hayes!"
