    “Maybe he stayed back at school to do his homework,” Delh replied calmly.


    This wasn’t the first time Lucius reached homete. Sometimes, the teachers would overrun the


    lesson, and some would even keep the students after the bell and ask them toplete their


    homework before going back. But usually, the teachers would only do this when the examination was


    around the corner.


    “Joan, why don’t you give the homeroom teacher a call to ask about the situation?” Delh reminded.


    Joan immediately whipped out her phone and made a call, looking panicked.
