    Displeased by her rebellious attitude, he pinched her chin and stared into her eyes viciously. “Anthony

    Tommy jolted in shock and managed to dodge the attack, knowing that he would have died had he


    failed to do so. He raised his leg and kicked Anne in the abdomen as hard as he could manage.


    “Ugh!” Anne came close to vomiting at the impact and as she was sent flying, she reached for the door


    handle, only to realize that it was locked.


    Seeing through her intention, Tommy sneered. “Anne, did you really think that I would let you escape?”


    “Tommy…” Anne called out to him gently. “It’s not worth it to turn yourself into a monster because of


    Anthony…”

    “I believe that you helped me when I was younger because you truly wanted the best for me.” Anne

    Tommy saw right through her strategy. “A change of tactic? Anne, you will be safe if you stay by my

    Tommy moved closer, sliding his finger down her neck, causing her to shiver in response.


    “We are almost there. I will help you seek release.”
