    “Umph…” Anne was taken back to the master bedroom and he immediately pinned her against the


    sofa, while setting her phone down on the table and staring at the nervous look on her face.

    though he was touching her with his eyes alone.


    “Anthony…” Her voice caught between her throat. Just as she thought that her heart was about to leap


    out of her chest, her phone on the coffee table rang.


    Anne saw that as her cue to escape. “G-Get up. I need to check on that…” She shoved at Anthony.

    “No. This is my fault. That man ising after me,” Anne said hastily.


    “He wants to kill me. How is he after you?” Anthony narrowed his eyes darkly.

    He caressed her cheek with focus and mumbled, “Anyone who dares to bully you is my enemy.”
