    “Your car can’t be better than mine.” Tommy shoved Anne into the car, and circled around to get into

    Anne stared at her car and the driver standing by the car dazedly. Knowing that her driver would not

    The car raced off into the distance in rumbling noises.


    “Are you taking me back to the Royal Mansion?” She asked.

    Anne nced outside the window and though the rain had eased slightly, it was still raining relentlessly.


    After a moment of silence, he asked, “Is Anthony bullying you?”


    “No. The scar on my face has nothing to do with him.”


    Tommy nced at the ring and watched on Anne’s hand darkly. “Are you staying with Anthony from


    now on?”


    “That’s the best choice, I suppose. We have three children, after all,” Anne said emotionlessly.


    There were plenty of choices in one’s life and no one was truly free, everyone’s decision was shaped


    by marriage, career, or love in one way or another.


    “I’m asking about what your heart wants.” Tommy asked.


    “Why overthink this?”


    “Anne, I want you to choose Anthony because he makes you happy, not because of something else,”


    he said.


    “I can’t say that, but you can think that I’m happy if you want to. Don’t step between me and Anthony


    again.” Anne turned her face to look outside the window again.


    If Tommy got involved again, both Anthony and Tommy would fight until one of them drop, and Tommy


    was likely the one who ended up taking more damage.


    Anne did not want that.


    Tommy tightened his grip around the steering wheel as though he was about to crush it.


    He did not want Anne to be with Anthony, but there was nothing he could do. It was not as though he
