    Chapter 17 When the call was answered, Anthony red at Anne with growing hatred.


    Anne breathed heavily, and her face turned pale. She looked as if she was in pain while overwhelmed


    with fear!


    She prayed that Anthony would not find out about their kids. No way!


    “Hello, Anne? Why did you hang up?” Nancy asked.


    Anthony did not seem to be pleased with this woman’s voice. His eyes signaled Anne to speak.
