    any water so you wouldn’t have to keep going to the bathroom! Now your whole mouth is covered in


    dry sores. You barely even eat because of them,” Kara said, her mouth working faster than her mind


    as usual.


    Brandon approached and stood right in front of me. “Open your mouth.”


    I froze. Kara’s eyes also widened in confusion.


    The very next second, he reached out and held my chin, forcing me to open my mouth. He peered


    inside and let go before saying, “Yeah, it’s all ulcers in there.”


    He turned to look at Kara, whose jaw had practically dropped to the floor. “Go buy some oral


    antiseptic spray and medicated mouthwash for her.”


    Kara nodded and stammered out, “Okay!”


    Then, she turned to leave. However, she quickly turned back and asked, “I thought you were an

    I was still filled with awkwardness at having my mouth manhandled by him
