    Waters.”

    With ast venomous stare at Charlie, Waters stormed out of the room, followed closely by Mr. Larry


    The remaining representatives were left puzzled.


    “She framed Ms. Sullivan and underminedpetitors, and now she’s just walking away like that?”

    “So, Ms Waters went to all these lengths just to frame Ms. Sullivan?


    Everyone was baffled as to why Waters would bribe Tracy for the bid details only to give them to
