Chapter 1412
Jonathan’s ride pulled up at the makeshift office of the show’s crew. He got out and went straight in.
Heather was shocked to see Jonathan, she couldn’t believe it and her face was filled with surprise.
“Mr. Lamont, what brings you here? You could’ve just given us a call!”
Carme and Sallie were also looking at Jonathan, all with surprised faces.
Sallie was filled with unease, and she wasn’t sure if Jonathan was here to back up Carme or

Jonathan nced at everyone present and asked, “Where’s Estelle?”
Sallie quickly responded, “She’s inside, talking to the director.”

Carme watched Jonathan’s back and asked Heather, “Do you think Jonathan will really help us?”
Heather confidently replied, “Of course! It was Mr. Lamont who called the TV station to get the show to
back me up! Yvonne’s influence is definitely bigger than Estelle’s!”

At first, Heather and Hattie thought Estelle was Jonathan’s niece, but then they found out Estelle was
just a tutor.

Carme remembered thest time Jonathan went to the Macin family to support Estelle and felt
uneasy, and she asked Heather to follow Jonathan to see what was going on.
After considering, Heather caught up with Jonathan and went with him to see the director.
As soon as they entered, Heather cheerfully said, “Director, producer, Mr. Lamont is here!”
The director and producer both stood up, looking surprised at Jonathan. Their faces changed, “Mr.
Lamont!”
The producer hurried over to shake hands with Jonathan.
“Why did youe in person? We’re talking with people from Snowy Studios. Don’t worry, and we’ll
definitely have Heather and Mr. Ger working together.”
Estelle turned her head and looked at Jonathan. Her face was cold, “So, you really came!”
Jonathan frowned, realizing something was off. He asked the producer, “What’s going on?”
The producer hesitated, “Didn’t you have someone call the TV station to have Mr. Ger, who was
originally working with Sallie, switch to working with Carme?”
Jonathan’s expression was cold, his tone ambiguous, “Who called you?”
“It seemed to be Aaron from Firefly Media Group.”
Jonathan’s face darkened, and he walked up to Estelle, “This is a misunderstanding. I didn’t know
about this at all!”
“Really?” Estelle coldly looked at him.
Jonathan was a bit uneasy. He took out his phone, “I’ll call Aaron in front of you.”
He quickly dialed Aaron’s number. As soon as the call connected, Jonathan asked sternly, “Did you call
Beauty’s Wardrobe, asking them to support Heather?”
Aaron replied in a hurry, “Mr. Lamont, I just got back from a business trip and was about to report to
you, Ms. Yvonne called Keith to ask for help. Keith thought you and Ms. Yvonne were close, so he took
the initiative to call the TV station to get the crew to arrange for Heather. I just found out and
reprimanded Keith.”
Jonathan’s face was grim, “Tell Keith to get the hell out of Firefly Media Group now!”
Aaron understood Keith made a mistake, and he immediately said, “Alright, I’ll arrange it now.”
After hanging up, Jonathan’s face was still bad, and his voice softened when talking to Estelle.
“I really didn’t know about this. Henson called me to tell me you were here. That’s why I came.”
Jonathan had put the call on speaker, so Estelle had heard everything Aaron said. She calmly said,
“You can still save face for Yvonne now. It’s not toote!”
“You know I wouldn’t do such a thing. Why would you say that?” Jonathan looked deep into her eyes,
his lips pressed into a thin line.
Estelle turned away, not saying anything.
The producer, director, and Heather, who were standing by, were all shocked.
