    along with well. Now that he knew Kya was Emily’s child with another man, he was incredibly upset.


    The police station wasn’t far from their neighborhood, so they arrived quickly.


    Emily carried Kya off the car. Charlie told Estelle, “You guys take Kya home. I’ve got stuff to take care


    of, so I won’t go with you.”

    You should head home. I’ll take care of Kya.”

    “Okay.” Emily’s pure eyes shimmered with unease. She nodded slowly, “My mom’s getting discharged


    from the hospital soon. I’ve decided not to wait for my brother’s wedding. I’m going to take Kya back to


    Oakdale City as soon as possible.”


    Estelle nodded, “Alright, whatever decision you make, I’ll support you!”
