to watch over me just in case Luca or Delh came to talk to me. She didn’t trust me to be

eyes from the book she was reading and turned to me.
“I’m not sure but just in case. I’m not going to let you lose your cool again” She told me and I
chuckled before pushing my chair back, standing up and walking towards her.

ultimatum. Why are you doing this?” Delh questioned and I tilted my
head at her.
“Well you weren’t the one I gave the ultimatum, were you?” I questioned and she

and I frowned. It felt so weird seeing them like this although I always suspected it, I just never gave

I turned to ra and she had afrown on her face so I smiled at her to put her at
ease.
“And when you find your fated mate, what then?” I questioned as I turned back to them and they
both seemed shocked by my question.

“It was fun being your right hand man and friend, Damon” Luca uttered as he bowed his head again
and I scoffed.
“What? So our friendship didn’t mean anything to you? You didn’t even try to fight for your position” I
muttered and his eyes widened.

distracts you from doing your work, I wouldn’t be happy, okay?” I said and they both stared at me
with confusion on their faces.
