quickly went after him.
Santiago stared at Jared in astonishment, his eyes widening in disbelief. He had no inkling that Jared
had attained such extraordinary strength. Though us was not the most formidable young martial
artist, he still possessed considerable skill. Yet, Jared effortlessly sent him hurtling through the air without
even bothering to direct his gaze toward him. It was a clear testament to Jared’s exceptional prowess.
Hailey gazed at Jared, clearly besotted with him. Oh, Jared is so hot! “My son! Oh, my son! I will kill
everyone here!” Brad’s anguished cry reverberated throughout the area. The sheer intensity of his aura
was so overwhelming that it caused the nearby houses to tremble and shake.
Santiago and the others rushed outside, only to be greeted by a harrowing sight. usy motionless on
the ground, his lifeless body covered in blood as his eyes stared nkly into the distance. Santiago

Slowly, a ck mark appeared in the middle of Brad’s forehead. The entire sky turned dark as ck mist
filled the sky.
Brad’s clothes were ripped apart as a purple robe emerged on his body. His face became blurry as a
ck mist descended on his head. “A purple-robed emissary?” Jared’s lips curved when he noticed
Brad’s outfit. “Perfect. Today, I shall settle the long-standing grudge between me and the Evil Heart Sect
once and for all.”
“Jared, don’t be arrogant. You’re only alive at the moment because the Spiritual Energy Restoration
Formation needs you. Once the formation is activated, and your divine soul is used as sacrifice, you’ll
suffer a fate worse than death.”
Brad red at Jared coldly, his entire being shrouded in the ck mist, looking like a devil. “Spiritual
Energy Restoration Formation?” Jared was confused, not knowing what he meant by that formation.
Right then, Santiago exined, “The Spiritual Energy Restoration Formation has been in existence for a
considerable period. It was initially established by the leader of the Divine Quest Sect. However, before
its activation, the entire Divine Quest Sect was mysteriously annihted. The activation of this formation
requires the participation of eight individuals with unique constitutions,bined with a unique
incantation. I am unsure why the Evil Heart Sect possesses the capability to activate this formation.”
As Santiago’s words sank in, Jared’s mind quickly connected the dots and recalled the events that
unfolded in the Divine Quest Sect’s secret realm. Josephine and the others were trapped there with a
few individuals possessing unique constitutions. It suddenly dawned on Jared why the Evil Heart Sect
was so desperate to capture them all.
Furthermore, Jared himself possessed a unique constitution, making him a valuable target. The
memories of the stone statues within the cave of the secret realm resurfaced, and Jared instinctively
knew that those statues must be rted to the activation of the formation.
“It turns out that the Evil Heart Sect has been behind this borate scheme all along. They want to
conquer the entire mundane world,” Jared said slowly.
“Ha! That isn’t it. Our goal isn’t just to conquer the mundane world,” Brad revealed with an icy snort. “No
matter what goal you have in mind, it won’t seed. Today will be the day you meet your doom,” Jared
dered.
He slowly began to unleash his aura. However, Jared’s aura wasn’t as strong as Brad’s. “I can’t believe

He reached into the air, and the ck mist turned into a hammer in his hand! The hammer gave off a
chilly vibe, seemingly able to freeze the air surrounding it.
