    his innocent looks, his entire body radiated with holy light, with thousands and thousands of Buddhist


    talismans around him. There was even a golden halo behind his head.


    That was the symbol of a golden body of a Bodhi. Within the halo was some pattern of a flower.


    Upon further inspection, it was actually a spider lily.

    “That… Bodhi statue?” Quick witted, Xerxes realized where the monk came from.


    In actual fact, they shouldn’t be calling it a little monk. It was a small Bodhi, after all. Apart from his


    innocent face, everything else was there. He looked somewhat simr to a Bodhi statue.


    The little Bodhi nodded. “I am… The Ptial.”


    Alex had heard of this title quite a while ago, but Xerxes and Dorothy had not. They both expressed


    their confusion towards this situation.


    The Ptial Bodhi said, “It’s unsurprising that you’ve never heard of me. I haven’t left the Underworld


    since I became a Bodhi, after all. I’m the guardian of the Dairaionji Temple and have been guarding this


    entire world against the start.”


    “Huh?” Alex was shocked. “You’re the guardian of this temple? Aren’t you supposed to be at Shoraionji


    Temple?”

    coming here! Having a powerful Bodhi as my teacher might grant me quite a few benefits.”


    The Ptial Bodhi smiled. “It’s not toote to be one of us!”


    Pigsy instantly raised the question. “What’s in it for me?”


    The Ptial Bodhi said, “We Buddhists are merciful, hoping to help every single being achieve peace


    within themselves. If one were to join our forces, they would be recognized by the Bodhi as well.”


    Pigsy shook its head. “I’m a pig, so myprehension is limited. I don’t understand what you mean.


    Just tell me, would we be able to take that floating mountain there?”


    Dorothy was most shocked, however.


    Her soul had just returned not long ago and her current knowledge and skills were far behind Alex. She


    wasn’t used to this at all.


    She had received lots of information before Xienna was awakened, but she was still anxious about the

    mountain. It had two sections, with the top a regr mountain, filled with forests and rivers. Some even


    saw streams of waterfalls crashing down the mountainside.


    It looked like a beautiful painting, surrounded with divine energy that would attract many.


    As for the bottom part, it seemed to be an underground mountain rock, but many pitch- ck caves


    also dotted it.


    The millions of tombs that appeared just a while ago had emerged from those very caves.
