    Early the next morning.


    When Luke came out of the bedroom. Brad''s little face lit up, as bright as the sunshine.


    The three of them were eating breakfast. Brad nervously looked at Luke and then at Eileen. "Mom,


    today is my birthday. Will dad go out with us?"
