They were so close that their faces were almost touching. The musky scent of his breath, tinged with a
hint of sandalwood, sprayed onto Thssa’s earlobe.
“Did you understand this time?” Lysander asked, lifting his head. His gazended on her flushed
earlobe, and something tightened in his throat.
Thssa also lifted her head and nodded, “I understand now.”
