    Now that Debbie was silent, Carlos secretly heaved a sigh of relief and thought to himself, ‘What a

    Debbie raised her arm to keep the phone away from him.

    Soon, Megan mentioned Jared as well saying, “I just called Carlos, and he says he’s still going to the


    party with me.
