    If those men had raped Skr before they arrived, the consequences would have been disastrous.


    Joe’s expression was grim. He merely uttered, “Alright.”


    When they got to the hospital, Joe received a list of Skr’s examination reports. He was livid.


    “Have there been any updates from Aiken?” Joe asked Paul.

    Paul nodded and said, “Aiken can confirm that Molly was the one who’d contacted


    them.


    Joe clenched his jaw. He nced at Skr, who was unconscious. He said, “Watch over her here.”


    Aiken dealt with the men and sent them out of Jipsburg immediately.


    Joe saw no need to enquire after them. People who suffered in Aiken’s hands would keep their


    mouths sealed. Dead men had looser lips than them.
