    "She''s at his house," Nina said, pping her thigh as the realization hit. "That makes more sense given hisck of caution."


    "Should we go rescue her now?" she asked eagerly, ready to take action.


    Nash shook his head. "I''ll handle this. You stay with Orion and get him set up for school."


    Understanding his intent, Nina nodded.


    Nash didn''t need to personally handle the rescue. The next morning, the woman who had spent the night at William''s house was quietly escorted away.
