Chapter 92: Snatch And Flee!
On the distant battlefield, the power of the ck giant bees suddenly surged. Their bodies began to crack and then quickly regenerate, growing evenrger than before. Their eyes, once dull and lifeless, now gleamed with a hint of intelligence.
It wouldn''t be long before they sumbed to the strain of this sudden power surge, but for now, the battlefield belonged to them.
Berry, who had been maintaining the protective shield, found herself running low on energy. Despite being connected to the energy source, the yellow giant bees were significantly weaker. Out of a thousand, only a hundred had undergone the transformation.
The disparity was ringly obvious.
The great bird, having held out until now, silently withdrew from the scene.
"Sigh, the usual deal... I get ten"
As long as they were in the ck Forest, there was no defeating the true overlords here—the yellow and ck giant bees. Each skirmish between them was merely a disy of power and intent.
Upon witnessing the snake monster''s tragic demise, the great bird dared not take any chances and decided to retreat.
The oue was clear: the yellow giant bees were destined to lose.
A seemingly ordinary ck bee flew to the front of the swarm. Its voice, cold and female, emanated from the bee, revealing it to be the voice of their hive queen, channeled through this particr bee.
"I''ve changed my mind. You only get five."
The great bird''s eyes shed with dissatisfaction and a hint of ferocity, but upon seeing the iron-d army, it reluctantly spread its wings and flew away.
The yers watched the sudden turn of events with heavy hearts. The formidable enemy they had been prepared to face had abruptly left, and the giant bees, which they had a fighting chance against, had all gone berserk.
Among them, only Athena pondered how to escape. She hadn''t intended to get involved; she merely sought some tree monster leaves and bark.
However, seeing an opportunity, she began to entertain different thoughts.
But reality quickly brought her back. Her greed was tempered by reason, especially after briefly touching the dark fruit, which triggered a system prompt.

There was no way to secretly take this thing away.
Even if she managed to take it, there was still a day left, and Athena knew she couldn’t withstand abined assault from both the yellow and ck giant bee tribes.
"Agasi," she called heavily to the half-mechanized Agasi, d in silver armor.
Agasi was perplexed as to why Athena would call out to him at such a critical moment. How could she afford to be distracted now?
"I trust in your speed," she said. Without waiting for Agasi to respond, Athena hurled a fireball ahead.
The giant bees blocking their path scattered, and she leaped onto the back of another bee.
The ck giant bees quickly regrouped, attempting to kill this audacious intruder from the Third World. The lead bee, representing the queen’s consciousness, exuded a terrifying aura.
[Mental Strength Check...] [Mental Strength Check Sessful!]
The once imposing worker bees suddenly seemed half-dead. As mere temporary vessels forcibly connected to their queen’s spirit, they were incredibly fragile and dropped to the ground instantly.
Athena didn’t actually approach the tree crown, but getting close was enough. The pervasive ck glow dimmed momentarily, making the world lose its color.
The fruit at the top of the tree was picked. Mikmik stood at the crown, holding the disgusting, eerie fruit in his mouth, its strange appearance and wailing sound repelling him. He could see a swarm of giant bees, along with all other creatures present, staring intently at him.
Suddenly, they all went mad, charging to capture him. He immediately recognized his master among them and leaped over.
Athena caught him, holding him tightly as she retreated, stepping over one giant bee after another. The fireballs she threw cleared a path, and she charged into the mes, her hair clinging to her cheeks, ignored in the chaos!
Sparksnded on her body, her clothes, and her loose hair, all reeking of gunpowder!
Agasi followed closely, fighting his way through the chaos, despite his overwhelming shock. He now understood why Athena had told him to run faster. He gathered all the yellow giant bees to shield them, and as soon as Athena stepped onto his back, he sped off at an unprecedented pace.
They all flew away?
Great! Now it was time for the yers to return to their old job—chopping trees!
While running, they kept sending messages to the main hive. As long as they handed the fruit to the queen, everything would be fine.
Agasi''s heart was filled with fear, shock, and a surreal sense of excitement. That was aplete Dark Fruit! If the hive queen devoured it, the yellow giant bees would rise to power!
His speed reached a new record, leaving an afterimage.
When the ck hive queen reconnected, all that remained were turbulent smoke and a swarm chasing Agasi.
Feeling the familiar pulsations of the Dark Fruit disappear within her range, she went berserk.
Impossible!!!
Athena, on Agasi’s back, kept throwing fireballs backward. Her me enhancer was exhausted. Despite the yellow giant bees'' defense, the ck bees had gonepletely mad.
Seeing her dwindling fireballs, Athena felt a pang of frustration. This trip had drained all her resources.
Having sessfully obtained the Dark Fruit, Athena''s contribution system was resetting and rebooting. She eagerly anticipated her contribution points, expecting them to reach unprecedented heights due to the rarity of the item, possibly allowing her to clean out the entire yellow giant bee tribe.
While the Dark Fruit was precious, using it could cause her to explode. It was best to trade it for resources to boost her current strength.
A transparent barrier loomed ahead, like the finish line of a long race.
As they approached, the ck giant beesunched their most ferocious attack yet. Every avable yellow giant bee was summoned to shield them, and they sessfully crossed the barrier.
