0013 – Experience Points
Even if others didn''t have the reminder of the monster''s weakness in purple font, smart people can always guess information that others don''t know. Those who got information from Athena in advance might have prepared a way to deal with the Snowstorm Beasts, increasing their chances of survival by being one step ahead.
But setting up a heat source in a ce covered by snow and wind is extremely difficult. Athena was still rtively calm, after all, she had absolute firepower suppression. But she probably wouldn''t get much sleep tonight.
Bang!
Amidst the howling wind and snow outside came an exceptionally abrupt explosion.

At the moment of the explosion, Athena hurriedly closed the window on her side and opened a crack in the door. The vast expanse of snow covered people''s sight with goose feather-sized snowkes. But one could still see a ckened pit left behind in the distance after the bombardment.
However, there was nothing in the pit.
Outside the pit were two vaguely visible white figures. About a meter tall, their bodies concealed in white fur, only revealing a pair of dark eyes and two purple antennae on their heads. It''s the Snowstorm Beasts!
One shot kill!
It''s hard to say whether it''s because the defense turret''s attack power is too fierce or the Snowstorm Beasts are too fragile. But it probably isn''t because the Snowstorm Beasts are fragile, after all, bullets can be considered a heat source, and this time it''s truly hitting the nail on the head.
The two Snowstorm Beasts were somewhat hesitant and didn''t dare toe forward, showing some intelligence. Knowing their limitations, they stood still and hesitated, unwilling to advance.
Have these guys given up?
Athena looked at their confused behavior, but she could also understand. After all, in this situation of being killed instantly, ing forward would be suicide.
The two Snowstorm Beasts became restless, then calm again. Their eyes turned blood red, covering the ck color, and the two purple antennae on their heads began to touch each other.
Where the two antennae touched, light began to emanate!
Athena felt like she had seen this kind of situation somewhere before.
No way!
These guys aren''t afraid, they''re passing on information to call in morepanions. Athena didn''t intend to wait for them toe into attack range on their own. With a candle in one hand and an axe in the other, she opened the door and rushed out into the falling snow.
There were two fence gates in the courtyard. One was intentionally opened by her, with purple flower buds nted by her. It''s better for those guys toe in through this gate than to destroy the fence. The other gate was the one Athena had just opened and rushed out from.
The two monsters had no intention of stopping transmitting information, so they stood still dumbly in ce, even as Athena approached. Athena went up and gave each one a fatal blow with an axe.

As the experience points were gained, the bodies of the two Snowstorm Beasts disappeared into the air like melting snowkes.
She didn''t know if these two guys had managed to transmit the information, but she knew she had to prepare for the worst.

Walking back through the thick snow, her feet sinking into the snow with each step, she made her way back step by step.
Before entering the house, she brushed off the umted snow on her body. As soon as she entered the house, the snow on her body instantly melted, dampening her pajamas. She sat by the fire, trying to warm her frozen feet. Just a short walk outside and her feet were alreadypletely red from the cold.
She had thought she could easily withstand this monster attack with her highbat power. But it had backfired, attracting even more monsters.
Even though herbat power far exceeded that of the monsters, the Snowstorm Beasts were inherently group monsters, and she knew the principle that many ants could kill an elephant.
She was destined not to be able to stay in the house and pass the night safely.
She pulled out thest straw mat from under the bed, took the vine she had used for binding before, and cut two holes with a sickle, threading it through to make a crude cloak. Then she cut out a section of the grass mat she had been sitting on the ground, forming a cone shape, cutting out several small holes to secure it with vines, forming a crude hat.
"System! I want to sell my three sickles!"
If she was right, then these early-arriving monsters might very well be summoning many more Snowstorm Beasts to her home. Moreover, on the seventh day, the first wave of monsters attacking would be the real challenge!

All equipment that could be used for heating was no longer avable for sale, including the me enhancer she had previously purchased. Even thinking about buying another pair of grass shoes now was impossible.
She bought ten stic bags for 10 copper coins and a bottle of oil for 20 copper coins.
Now the worst-case scenario was that she would be surrounded by Snowstorm Beasts, and those guys would choose to attack her directly.
As long as she stood in the courtyard, the courtyard fence would probably not be the main target of attack. When they reached the courtyard, they would be subjected to the first round of attacks from the two defense turrets.
When they entered from the deliberately opened fence gate by Athena, they would be scratched by the purple dream buds to form a second attack. And Athena would stand in the courtyard, bringing the third round of attacks to these lucky invaders who sessfully entered her home.
Fighting in the snow was a big challenge for warmth, but now these were the only solutions she could think of. If she couldn''t buy shoes, then she would have to find a way to keep her feet warm.
She scraped some burnt wood ash from the fire with a sickle and poured them into two stic bags stacked together. She put her feet in the stic bags, wore the grass shoes, and filled the remaining space with wood ash. In total, she used four stic bags. Considering possible wear and tearter, she bought ten.
She hadn''t expected herself, someone with such poor craftsmanship, to end up doing manual work here. She dragged a grass mat to the door, leaving only a narrow gap, and sat quietly at the door, waiting for the invaders.
After that, she encountered six more monsters. Unfortunately, none of these five monsters could get close to her. Five purple dream buds waved their leaves, clearing the snow around themselves. The only one that rushed over was also injured and bleeding ck blood after being cut.
It stood in ce in the dream and eventually dissipated. But after one of them dissipated, it left behind a white package.

It wasn''t something very useful, but it was a greatfort to the soul.
Tonight she had encountered two waves of Snowstorm Beasts, far exceeding the few the system had mentioned before. Confirming that these refreshed monsters were not so easily broken through the first two lines of defense, she spent the night like this on the grass mat.
