Clenching his fists, Emmanuel nodded solemnly. “Follow me. I’ll signal when it’s safe to
go.”
“Okay!” Pursing her lips, she nodded.
Ostrich and the others shouted along.
Without further dy, Emmanuel took the lead and rushed down the foul–smelling
