Naturally, Rnd stepped out to shake off the others and text Alexander about Eleanor’s
attendance at the get–togetherter. But finding that the couple had already arrived, he could only

Alexander looked at him in puzzlement.
Isabe raised an eyebrow. What does that mean? Surely, he can’t be asking Alexander to
apany him to the restroom because he’s scared to go alone?

about?
Suddenly, a light bulb went off in Isabe’s head. Oh, I know! Could it be that the people in there
dislike me and would rather I didn’t join them, so he came to warn Alerander?
Alexander’s expression changed subtly. He felt that the possibility existed since things undeniably

Isabe’s thoughts sounded rather frustrated. However, Alexander’s lips curved up slightly. You’re

What’s going on! From my understanding of this buddy of mine, he has no lingering feelings for
Eleanor. Back when they broke up, he wasn’t even sad. I once wondered whether he ever truly
cared for her. But what’s happening now? Why do I feel that he’s angry! Just a moment ago.
Isabe was merely waiting there quietly. So, he can’t be mad at her. Could it be that he’s upset

A headache assailed Rnd. Unable to make sense of it all, he could only follow behind the couple

Isabe was still lost in her daydreams of a beautiful future. Although her breath caught for a
moment, making her feel as if she was drowning, it was quickly washed away by her delightful
