Relieved that she had soothed the little one, Milly sighed. But then…

The driver looked at Jordan, who was sitting quietly in the back. Seeing no objection from him, he
nodded. “Yes, Mr. Jeffrey.”
In the spacious Rolls–Royce backseat, Jordan and Jeffrey sat side by side, across from Milly and a
tightly clinging Apollo.
The air grew noticeably tense.
