    for your concern, Professor Hughes. The babies and I are fine. The check-ups have all gone smoothly,


    too.”

    It sounded as though he had some alcohol. His voice sounded slightly gravelly, maic even. It was


    as pleasant as Julian’s voice.


    In fact, he was as superior a man as Julian was. He was on par with Julian, worthy to stand by Julian’s


    side.


    “I will always be concerned for you.”


    His words sounded so ambiguous that it made Diana’s heart jump.

    Diana had no idea when she became so close to Jim.
